Absolutely amazing service ! Took my Moncler Coat which was blue and had oil stains all over it and made it look brand new! Every other cleaning agents said it was a write off and wouldn’t touch it but these guys worked there magic and got it looking brand new ! Really nice guys , really helpful also kept me updated thru the process so I was assured my item was safe ! I would recommend to anybody with items of clothing they love but have somehow ruined them. Communication great, posting and receiving items was no problem, everything I sent off came back immaculate. Prada puffer, LV windbreaker, moncler puffer. Everything was handled perfect and will always use the guys over a dry cleaner then service is immaculate

I sent both my Canada goose coats to the cleaning doc and they came back within 5 days like brand new coats again. Fantastic service, kept me updated with my products and how they’ve turned out and super fast to have them back. Will definitely be using them again for when they need a good clean. Thanks again 😊

My coat was in a very bad way, I sent it off to them to sort it out. They had the coat for about a week and I have just received it, looks like a brand new coat, very happy with what they have done. I wouldn’t take my nice clothes anywhere but to the cleaning doc team. Very trustworthy people and they take great care of you’re expensive clothes.

Bobby met me half way to collect the coat and dropped it back off for me! Coat came back a lot fresher and very pleased with it will definitely use again.

Bobby and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I have used many local dry cleaners but none even came close to the service provided by the cleaning doc. Very impressive work. They were able to fix an LV t shirt deemed unfixable by several other dry cleaners. Highly recommend to those looking for a top end service. before i knew of this fantastic service i had my canada goose parka damaged by “Johnson’s” and paid £75 for the privilege!! which i might add declined all responsibility. the cleaning doc picked up my coat did a super job and delivered it back. can’t ask for more. well done guys i would recommend this for all you high end clothing, wish i’d known about you sooner

After contacting numerous luxury/designer cleaning company’s in my own city (Glasgow) nobody could fix my shoe. A brand new pair of £690 Prada Americas cups grey/silver/white… My left heel had cut quite badly and bled onto the white inside / and the silver on the heel. They had only been worn for 4 hours so as you can imagine I was gutted. After contacting The Cleaning Doc “Bobby” advised me to send the left shoe special deliver through Royal Mail and see if any thing could be done. Throughout the process the communication was honestly next level 5 star alone… Then to my amazement my shoe was as good as new again!!! After 3 days I had it back and can now wear them again. I can’t thank Bobbby and the team at TCD enough!! 100* my go to no for all my clothes jackets & shoes ( also all my friends have been recommended to try because the service and outcome was unreal
