Excelent Jam I love this stuff buying is becoming a bit of awinter tradition. Usually 2 1kg tubs see me through Dec and January but this year I've already polished off the best part of 3 whole kg tubs. I've gone from putting it on the cheese board to putting a bit in almost everything I eat. I usually get a tub of ghost jam and a tub of gorgeous garlic but decided to try simmering smokey as well this year. No regrets.

This will be my 3rd year buying direct from the chilli jam man website to think my chilli jam man patronage started with a free taster at a Christmas Market excelent service and excelent quality product.

Just been to see Simon aka Chilli jam man, and as always,always a pleasure to see him and his vast selection of quality products, first class service and the quality of the products speak for themselves ! 😃

Very quick delivery and excellent products. Have enjoyed everything I’ve had from the Chilli jam man, especially the Lime pickle.

Chilli Jam Man is known for making superior jams, and they run the gamut of deliciousness from mild to very, very hot!

But this order was for Squealers (spicy pork scratchings) and sauces (Mexican Sweet Chilli and Rib Tickler BBQ. The Squealers are always top class, but it was my first time trying the Mexican Sweet Chilli and it is pure flavour. Highly recommended!

Also ordered some dried Chipotle pods which I look forward to incorporating into a Colorado style chilli!

For the past few years I've bought lots of chilli jam at the York Christmas market. It's always a popular present and I love how you can mix and match to make your own gift.
I'm no longer in York so ordered them online this time and was delighted that I can still mix and match! Quick delivery and well packaged. Totally happy and definitely recommend.
