I’ve been purchasing brandy from JP’s shop for a number of years and the service has always been very good together with the competitive pricing. Whenever I’ve needed to call them, the response has always been friendly and helpful.

Service
It was meant to be delivered last Thursday still have not received. I called delivery company on Friday. They couldn’t deliver as the box was damaged. I have left various messages, as the number given nobody answers and goes to a message service. Have emailed again no response.

Excellent service
I ordered two different bottles of spirits and unfortunately one of them was not in stock. They asked if I wanted to proceed with the one or did I want a refund. I decided to go with the one and that included delivery for free because of the inconvenience to me of only getting one bottle. The package came quickly and I was delighted with the whole process. This is a company that takes pride in what it does and as a consequence, the results are a first class service.
