I was helped by the customer service which they answered thoroughly all my questions as I was replying back to them. then referred me to payment team and they got back promptly and then student services showing me how to get into the course. there was alot of things I did in that one call and I was very very happy with the outcomes and greatly appreciated there overall teamwork and would recommend to other people

Online dog training and psychology course
This was my first completely online course and I was concerned that I would feel isolated and have no contact or feedback. The opposite was true - there was always someone to help and the regular encouragement really helped me stay on track. I really enjoyed the course - the units were informative and I liked the quiz questions at the end of each unit. Researching for the two assignments opened up a world of very fascinating information. I have a whole new love and respect for doggies of all breeds, shapes and sizes - they’re all fabulous!

Easy to talk to staff. Price is fantastic and so easy to sign up with weekly payments plan available so I couldnt recommend them higher. I also just enrolled last week and already have had a check in and the lady asked if she could check in two weeks to make sure I have settled ok. Great service.
