Awful company

Awful company, awful experience they shipped the wrong order when I purchased sugar free candy they sent candy that had glucose as its highest content. Awful!
I requested a refund and never got it do NOT shop here!
Update after the company talking to Trading Standards they have issued a full refund, whilst at the same time accusing me of scamming them. Sad. Beware!

Poor customer service

I put an order in for several items this was on January 9th 2024 there did not seem to be a problem until the post office went to deliver the parcel had been sealed in a plastic bag by the post office as it was badly damaged on advice from the post man he advised to refuse delivery due to damage and contact candy store online this was on the 12th January 2024 was informed by candy store they would send replacements as soon as they received damaged goods back it is now 1st march 2024 having the post office confirm return of damaged goods to sender several weeks ago .the candy store online claim they have not received damaged goods back .I have had contact my bank concerning this matter at which my bank has refunded the costs involved I would not use this company again they are not genuine or professional
