Scam

I bought the radiant dress and it would not unzip to the point where no one else could get me out either and I had to cut my way out. I’ve never had to cut myself way out of anything before. There’s no way to write reviews on their website and I understand why. It was terrible quality.

The Radiant Dress has been one of our best-selling pieces for a long time, and we haven’t encountered a situation like this before. That said, the fabric and lace details are delicate, so if the zipper gets caught, it can become difficult to move.

Order delayed

Order delayed. It's been 14 days and I still haven't received it. I assume getting a refund is going to take forever. I will update this review later, but so far, I am not happy

SCAM!!Worse ever

SCAM!!Worse website ever. It’s been 25 days and I’m being lied about my order. I’m being given a fake leads and trace number. Do not order girls. Is a BIG scam.
Do not order from them. They use sweet words and apologise in the emails just to postpone the fact that products are not in stock. They lie about sending the products BUT take our money. Spread the world. They must cease to exist on the market

Your order was shipped and a valid tracking number was provided, which can be followed directly through PostNL. As explained in our messages, sometimes the tracking does not appear immediately in the system until the parcel is scanned by the courier in the destination country.

The situation started because the order took a little longer than expected to be shipped, and we sincerely apologized for this delay. To make up for the inconvenience, we also offered you a discount and let you know that if you no longer wish to keep the dress once it arrives, you are welcome to return it for a full refund and we would cover the return.

Throughout the entire process we have answered all your messages and shared the information available to us at every moment, so we feel that calling our store a scam is unfortunately quite disproportionate given the circumstances.

We always try our best to assist our clients and keep them informed. If once the order arrives you decide that you would prefer to return it, we will of course be happy to help with that.

Lovely customer service

The customer service since the moment I ordered until I received my package was wonderful! The delivery was on time and I had absolutely no problems at all! I got the radiant dress and I’m so obsessed. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. Highly recommend The Bunnie Store!

Exceptional Quality & Impeccable Service

This was my first time ordering from an overseas store (I’m based in the U.S.), and I’ll admit I was hesitant — international orders can feel like a gamble. But this experience completely exceeded my expectations.

The quality is outstanding. The materials are exactly as described — 100% authentic, beautifully crafted, and effortlessly stylish. Everything feels premium and thoughtfully made.

The sizing chart is incredibly accurate. I followed it carefully and the fit is flawless — truly like it was tailored just for me. As someone who’s 5’3” and curvy (and usually has to alter everything), that’s rare.

Their customer service was equally impressive. I reached out a few times before purchasing and received genuine, personalized responses each time. They even helped guide me with measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

Great customer service

I saw a skirt online that I loved but having never heard of this store, reach out to ask about sizing via email. They responded back quickly and the information was very helpful, and my skirt I got was much better quality than I expected. Now I am just hoping some of their out of stock merchandise comes back in stock! When I reached out about a second item that didn’t have the measurements listed, they quickly responded and added it onto the website. Very good customer service, and very nice quality items :-)

If I could give 0 I would.

Beware this store is a scam and refuses to give a refund. Even though there’s proof that it was delivered to the address they asked me to send it to.

They also conveniently only communicate through instagram and don’t bother to reply so you have to keep chasing. How this “company” exists I don’t know as they have received SO many reviews recently all saying what I have said they are a scam and don’t like giving refunds and make up lies about it not being delivered back to them

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

your order was fully refunded. I just want to explain the situation so everyone reading can understand what really happened. The return package was never delivered to us. Royal Mail marked it as “delivered to a safe place in the hallway”, which we never approved, and unfortunately the package was stolen.

When sending a return, it’s very important that the parcel is delivered directly to the recipient, not left in a random public area where it can go missing.

This review was written while we were taking two days to figure out how to proceed, because even though the package was not delivered to us, we still decided to refund you and handle the issue later with the courier, even though we don’t expect any compensation for it.

We always try our best to solve every case with kindness and fairness, so we truly don’t feel this review reflects how we handled the situation.

In love with my corset shirt

The quality and cut of the corset shirt is great. I’m a fashion stylist and I am always looking for new and unique styles and the Bunnies store gave it to me!

Zero stars - Update after the shop’s misleading response

I’m updating my review because the shop’s response still omits the most important facts.

The seller instructed me to declare my return from Vancouver, Canada as a “personal item” worth 5 EUR. German customs rejected it with a CN22/CN23 or EAD error, which specifically means the parcel had incorrect or deficient customs information. Even in their public reply, they avoid explaining what this code actually means and that omission says a lot.

Customs opened the parcel, inspected a clearly new item with tags and the store’s name, and obviously determined it was not a personal belonging. That’s why it was sent back. This happened solely because of the instructions the seller gave me.

And if you’re wondering why I followed their unlawful instructions: it’s because any customs fees would be deducted from my refund, and because I trusted that they knew what they were doing. If this is truly their “international return policy,” customers should be alarmed.

They also told my bank that I “failed to return the item within the allowed time period.” What they don’t say is that their own instructions made it impossible for me to return it. The parcel never had a chance to reach them because they told me to declare it in a way guaranteed to be rejected by customs.

They say they received no tracking number but they never asked for it until after the package had already been returned to me. Their reply makes it sound like I withheld information, which is not true.

Then they pressured me to close my bank dispute before they would provide a proper return label, which would have removed all consumer protection after they already caused the first return to fail. No trustworthy business acts this way.

The bank didn’t decline my dispute because the merchant was right; they declined it because the merchant framed it as me “not returning the item within the given timeframe” conveniently omitting that their own instructions prevented the return from ever reaching them.

I paid for the product, paid for the shipping TWICE, followed every instruction, and ended up stuck with an item I tried to return properly. The shop has taken zero responsibility and continues to shift blame onto the customer.

This was a misleading, unfair, and unethical experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

This issue will be escalated further, and I will continue to fight for the protection of international customers’ rights.

We’re truly sorry that this experience felt stressful for you, that was never our intention.

We would like to clarify the situation as transparently as possible.
We followed the same return procedure that we use with all international returns, and we have never had issues before. In this case, the parcel was not refused by us. We never received a tracking number or any notification from the courier indicating that a delivery attempt was made or that additional information was required.

According to customs, the parcel was returned because the documentation (CN22/CN23 or EAD) was incomplete. This is something only the sender can provide, and without the correct documents, customs automatically send the parcel back before it can reach us. Unfortunately, because we had no tracking or updates, we had no way of knowing this was happening.

Regarding the dispute:
We offered to create a new return label for you as soon as the bank dispute was closed, because once a dispute is open, we legally cannot process refunds or send labels. This is standard procedure for all merchants.

In the end, the bank reviewed all the information from both sides and concluded that our actions were correct.

We are still very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we truly tried to find the fairest solution within the limits of what was possible.

GUMMY Top

I saw Paloma Faith wearing the top on social media and immediately searched to find and but it.

Love the top - one of my favourite clothing items I own. It’s one size but so stretchy and comfortable. “Feels like a hug” as they described on the socials.

Now I plan on getting the SHIBU Set… funnily enough after seeing Paloma wearing it on Traitors. 😆

Also they have great customer service (contacted via email).

Will definitely be buying again

My order came within 2 weeks of ordering, the staff was very friendly and cooperative/constantly updated me after I contacted them because I had an issue tracking it (it arrived literally on the next day), the jacket was beautifully made, everything was perfect! I will definitely be buying from them again, overall a great experience!

- item ordered almost a month ago, no updates received
- tried to contact the company via DMs on instagram, still actively promoting their products, message ignored
- since I have never received my order, I assume that their products are of good quality, however they are not responsive, unreliable due to lack of channels of communication.

no orders received, no payment.

it doesn’t matter if your company produces good quality products, if your company’s logistics is not satisfactory, your business is not going to grow and succeed.

It is embarrassing that AliExpress’ independent businesses sell their products at lower prices but their customer service can still be above and beyond, better than Bunnies Store.
