Full trustworthy delivery to Cyprus from York

Ordered a set of Trio Drakes Pride Pro 50’s for overseas delivery to Cyprus. I was kept informed all the way with the bowls arriving 14 working days later. When they say they won’t be beaten on price they are very true to their promise (and not by jest a couple of quid either). Whether you’re UK or Worldwide, Bowlswear are a remarkable company. Cheers Sam would use you again in a heartbeat

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - SCAM ALERT

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - IT'S A SCAM
Ordered a kitchen sink with " fast turnaround" on 15th Jan 2024. Was sent tracking info and kept checking as I was expecting within 5 days. . The tracking said it had finally been delivered on the 29th Jan. What actually arrived was a very poor quality ladies ring NOT a kitchen sink. Have tried to email the contact email address but their mailbox is full.
The website implies this business is in Belfast. It's not. It's in China. I've definitley been conned and think I have little to no chance of this being resolved . An expensive lesson for me - So AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Having read some of the reviews I was a little concerned about using this shop. However I have to say my experience with the Bowls shop has been first class. I received the items I order within four working days(the was weekend in the middle). Well done.

I received excellent customer serviceservice…

I received excellent customer service from The Bowls Shop. Responded to my emails promptly, and kept me updated on the progress of my order.
I would have rated them 5 stars, but unfortunately, DPD the delivery company they used, were very poor. ( If I was rating their service they'd have received 1 star) Sent me a text with a delivery time, then 30 minutes later, sent me another one, informing me that I was not in, when I was! And taking my parcel to a drop off point, where I'd have to collect it. Very annoying.

Avoid

Avoid! Ordered some clothing over a month ago, been chasing them and no response. Soon responded when I asked for a refund though as I'm sick and tired of waiting with no update whatsoever. I apparently will get the refund in a couple of days time. Drama may not be over yet... AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered Bowls chalk

Ordered Bowls chalk. First was being processed then after a week I noticed they were refunding my purchase. I finally received a refund. I lost over $7 cdn with the exchange and no Chalk.

Non-existant Customer Service

I ordered an item at the beginning of May and received an email stating that the order was being processed. That was the last I heard. Several emails received no response or acknowledgement. Finally, after nearly 2 months I get a notification that the parcel is on the way. I replied asking why my earlier emails had been ignored and was told that they were " inundated with phone calls all day and as well as manning the shop , and dealing with the online orders we cannot do everything." Dreadful customer service and if they cannot reply to someone over a period of weeks, then they need to take a look at how they operate their business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service I received here was awful. Ordered a jumper on 21st May, paid £4.50 for delivery and it estimated it would be delivered on the 26th.

On the 27th (a birthday, for which the jumper had been a gift) nothing had arrived and I'd had no dispatch email so I sent an enquiry asking if it had been dispatched yet and got a brief, "Sorry. Human error. It'll be dispatched tomorrow" response.

It was then not dispatched for another 5 days! I then emailed to say that I was unhappy with service received and enquiring what they would do to remedy the errors - they quite literally ignored both that and a follow up email.

I will be telling everyone to avoid this company including every bows club I visit, and will never use them again. Thousands of pounds of business lost for them as a result of their sheer unprofessional approach and attitude.

Genuinely the worst consumer experience I've ever had.
