One of the worst casino apps. The verification process is awful, took me talking to customer service 4 times to get it fixed. Then when I am finally ready to redeem they say that you have to play a random amount, and there are many games that don’t count. Do not use this app

Customer service is good but the relevant team processing or doing a claim takes way longer than usual. I had a claim 400.10 that is reverse on my bank and made me lose 400.10 that was my winning ask the team at the boss.us to help me still haven’t gotten a word or a update on my claim.
