Customer service is good but the relevant team processing or doing a claim takes way longer than usual. I had a claim 400.10 that is reverse on my bank and made me lose 400.10 that was my winning ask the team at the boss.us to help me still haven’t gotten a word or a update on my claim.

How THEBOSS treats potential VIP players is important information for non VIP players to consider before giving TheBOSS their hard-earned money.
Regarding the welcome offer email I received from THEBOSS: it was confusing to be told that the offer wasn't affiliated with BOSS, given that the link led directly to their sign-up page. To be frank, denying ownership of that promotion without offering a comparable welcome bonus leaves a poor first impression regarding how THEBOSS values potential VIP players.
THEY ARE SHADY AT BEST. I'M NOT DEPOSITING MONEY UNTIL I SEE THEIR INVESTMENT IN RECRUITING VIP PLAYERS. Their behavior until now shows that they're just about a quick buck and not about creating mutually beneficial relationships with LOYAL players who will consistently deposit on their platform.
WHY VIP PROGRAMS ARE AN INDICATOR OF A FAIRLY RUN SITE-
When a site doesn't want to cultivate VIP relationships it tells me that they are going to be a hard site to win anything significant on. If you do win on their site my guess is that THEBOSS will be pretty tricky about allowing that redemption. They don't prioritize creating a good VIP program because they know a VIP player expects to be treated fairly and to experience a balanced return to player on the sites that they invest in. THEBOSS doesn't cultivate these relationships because they know that their site will not live up to those basic standards.
