Order only COD and check before paying

Ordered the Harry Potter Ultimate Combo set for Rs. 2,390 but instead received the Harry Potter Box Set which was for Rs. 1,299. For two months I requested either a refund of the difference amount, or the balance books. Mr Aniket Singh kept promising that he is sending the books, and even claimed that he has sent it (not once, not twice, but three times) but refused to give the tracking number. When I asked for refund he refused to refund the difference amount too. So be careful when you order, only order COD, and check each book before paying the cash to the delivery agent.

Misleading Print Quality and No return or Accountability

I ordered Cosmos by Carl Sagan from The Book Lane and received a copy with such tiny, cramped text that it is genuinely difficult to read, completely unlike the larger, readable print they showcase on their Instagram page.
When I contacted them with photos the same day and requested a return and refund, they repeatedly claimed “it comes like this,” refused to accept the book back, and offered only a vague future discount instead of taking responsibility.
This experience shows they do not stand by what they advertise or support customers when there is a clear issue, so this is my first and last order with them and I would urge others to be very cautious before buying.
