Scam.. they know how to scam you. you have this offer get one and buy one but the catch is you have to select the extra bottle if you don't u will end up paying for one one. then when u realise they have a clause will not return if delivered. hox and scammers.
I have just had the most frustrating experience with a chat bot ! It took ages before I was put through to a human who had no clue what he or she was talking about. I currently have two pending debits on my credit card, one for £77 and the other for £67 when I have only placed ONE order. The person at the other end of the online chat could not explain to me why this is the case. I only got the usual platitude like ‘We gladly assist you if you get debited with both amounts’.
It took me ONE hour in this online chat before I finally received a tracking number for my parcel.
I have not had an email to tell me that my items have left the warehouse, nor an expected delivery date.
I will never order from The Body Shop again. Very disappointed!!!
The products are natural so good (3 stars for natural products) but, seems not effective at all as it claims. I used Shea Butter, Olive and Hemp Nourishing Body Butters. The effect disappears within 30 minutes, and skin again becomes dry. I would not like to prefer to write name of other manufactures/seller here but, their same kind of body cream (with same/less pricing) lasted for at least 10 hours.
Horrified at the chemicals in the skin care, i cannot believe i fell for this. Fraudsters. Everyone research what yr putting onto yr skin as a large majority of the body shop products are TOXIC. extremelly harmful

Arrived in time, but the packaging does not protect the items very well. Ordering online is only ok for personal use, not for buying gifts!
