Quick to send out order very efficient.

I honestly expected much more glamorous results or just hair salon results but i didnt however when i apply it on my hair while taking a shower i feel like my hair is much smoother and expect likewise results when i get out of the shower however my hair still remains the same (frizzy) and blow drying also remained the same. Ive been using it for about a month now and havent experienced any of your promises . P.S: i bought pure silk shampoo and conditioner along with smoothening vapour

Yes, it smells nice, yes it brings life back to my hair and yes, it doesn't make my scalp itch. But a lot of time I'm spraying air and not product which is very annoying as I can't tell how much I'm using.

I read reviews on this product also a blog so I had great expectations. The product was delivered very quickly and was packaged well. However the liquid for your brows is very runny and does not seem to set well on my eyebrows, leaving them to look a blobby mess. The blonde colour is good however the product just does not stay on my brows. A purchase that is quite frankly a waste of my good money.

I bought the cowash after googling products suitable for aging, curly, fine, dry hair. This product has worked miracles - it leaves my hair soft and manageable, while enhancing the natural curls. I love the fact that the cowash contains no harsh or environmentally unfriendly chemicals. I will be using this a lot from now on!

I can't see any difference when I use the pump, and it doesn't seem that moist. It wasn't sealed so did wonder if someone else had perhaps used it?

OMG I am in love. This is just a life saver I've been using it for over a week now, Its definitely waterproof I fricken love it... can go swimming and not worry about my eyebrows drowning. Its easy to use a little bit goes a long way. The consistancy is slightly runny but once is dries it doesnt budge unless you use an oil based cleanser. (How many times do i have to say love) I've been raving about this to my friends too thanks to XThuyle for sharing the brow booster on her Gram shes amazing xxx

I ordered the lip boost and hair mist - heat protecting. They came within 2 days and I love both products!! The lip boost is a really nice feel on and helps my lips feel moisturised and plump. The hair mist made my hair feel fuller, didn't get frizzy abs stayed in a better shape for the whole day and night!! Defo recommend them both!

I have incredibly damaged hair from bleaching my hair six times in a year and whilst I appreciate I can't repair my hair, I've been desperately searching for products to help me manage it. I purchased the Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and honestly it is incredible! I have never before been able to brush my hair once just shampooed (would always have to detangle with conditioner first). The products smell amazing and I have honestly noticed a vast improvement in the manageability of my hair since first using Bardou! I have tried absolutely everything and I'm so happy to have finally found products that work for me! I can't wait to try more of the line!

Can't fault the service. Ordered next day delivery and that's what I got, they kept me updated with my order which I liked. However I ordered the lip plumper but it doesn't do anything it's literally just lip gloss. I'd order from them again based on the service but I wouldn't buy this particular product again.

I haven't seen a marked change, but then i've only been using it for a week so though i've been asked to review it i think one would need to use it for a substantial time.

I've only used the product twice and have yet to form a final opinion. But I can say it is as advertised and applies easily. I am also impressed by Bardou's customer service. Since I hadn't ordered from them before, I was a little uneasy; but the company sent me two emails to keep me informed of the order status. Because they felt it was taking too long to get to me, and without my taking any action, they also sent me a discount to use on my next order. I didn't think it took too long at all - pretty much what I expected - but I appreciate their offer!
