Great products but poor delivery 🙁

When I placed my order I wanted it urgent and was willing to pay extra but was told they used their own transport and could get it to me within 3-5 days. 10days later my delivery arrived. I think if there is not enough orders they keep it till the following week and then deliver so don’t order if you want your item quickly

We provide an estimated delivery date, but it's only an approximation. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the delivery process as everything follows standard delivery procedures.

My first order was perfect, arrived quickly and all fine. Queries before ordering dealt with really well. Second order took 2 weeks and was not cut accurately. When I rang to explain, I was told sending back and a replacement would take weeks so better to try cutting myself. Luckily was able to borrow tools and all fitting fine now.

Regrettably, our current logistics schedule only allows for weekly deliveries to your area. Our vehicles operate from early Monday mornings and return on Friday evenings, enabling deliveries throughout the week. Replacement items can only be dispatched once the vehicle has returned on Friday evening.

We acknowledge the delay this may have caused and recognize that cutting the sheet to the correct size would be the most suitable solution for you. To compensate for the inconvenience, I am pleased to offer a refund for the delivery charge. An email will be sent shortly to facilitate this process.

Avoid

Avoid - really poor service.
Turned out material was out of stock.
Failed to deliver on first attempt, claiming they didn't accept the package. On second attempt package was received as a mess of cling film wrap and tape, no box or anything. Either they didn't package it properly, or someone had to open it up to find the delivery name. Sort your dispatch out it's crap.

We strongly recommend reaching out to us within 72 hours if there are any issues with your materials, as this allows us to address and resolve them promptly. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any records of notification regarding damages in our system.
