I have used Plastock for many years and have always been more than satisfied with both the product and service however, I recently ordered a number of Polycarbonate tubes on line but forgot to add a further tube to the order so I called by phone to add the additional tube to the order, I was charged an additional shipping charge as they told me the previous order had already been processed and dispatched to which I agreed to the payment. The next day BOTH packages arrived with the same vehicle and driver. I paid more for the additional tube than the online price and then had to pay the delivery charge twice for the same courier.

I'm sure you will understand that we are not able to add additional items to an order that has already been processed and dispatched. In such cases addition items are processed as a separate order and so incur a separate delivery charge, even if the courier subsequently delivers the two packages on the same vehicle (something which is outside our control). It is also worth noting that, like many suppliers, we often offer discounts for online orders.
We always aim to provide a high level of service to our customers and we are sorry that you were disappointed in this case. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
