Phase 1 Passed — The5ers
This has been a great introduction to futures trading for me. I’ve been on my trading journey for a while and have experienced some personal success trading on my own, but I’ve realized that if I want to take my trading to the next level and compete with the top traders, I need access to greater capital, a structured environment, and a team I can grow with.
What I’ve enjoyed most about this experience is the personalized coaching and structure. The 5ers Scaling Plan is a Hidden Trap – Confiscated My Real Profits!
I went with The 5ers based on their reputation, longevity, and positive reviews. However, recent signs like cheap promotional offers, payout delays, and hidden rules make it clear they aren't the same firm they used to be. Worse, they have a predatory, undocumented trap hidden in their scaling plan.
I passed a $25k futures account and hit a 10% profit. Under their automatic scaling program, my account was scaled up, and after their 20% split, my remaining earnings ($1,000+ USD) were locked inside the new scaled phase instead of being paid out.
Here is where the scam-like structure kicks in:
The Forced Scale-Up Trap: To request a payout on the scaled account, they force you to trade a new 4% target. While trading toward this, I breached the daily drawdown limit on the new phase.
1. No Buffer or Cushion: They locked my previously earned and confirmed profits inside the scaled account, yet refused to let me use those profits as a risk cushion or buffer above my daily drawdown level.
2. Total Confiscation: Because of a breach on the new scaled phase, they wiped my entire previous profit balance ($1,000+ USD) down to $0, treating locked-in earnings as forfeit.
I went through a 13-email back-and-forth with their support and risk management teams, and they completely hid behind rigid, unfair rules—stating that once an account is terminated, all funds inside it are forfeit.
Traders, beware: Do not trust their scaling plan. If you hit 9%, just withdraw your money. If you hit 10% and get forcefully scaled, your locked-in profits become a hostage asset that you can't use as a buffer, only to be wiped out if a breach happens.
You lost a customer, The 5ers. Shame on your predatory policies.

Trader ID 1255789 – Unacceptable 17-day delay and "Blocked by Broker" error!
I am deeply disappointed with the operational efficiency of The5ers. I successfully passed my Futures 1-Step Evaluation back on August 7th. Today is August 24th, which means it has been 17 days, and my funded account is still completely unusable!My KYC has been fully cleared and approved. On my dashboard, the account status shows a green "Funded" icon, but the backend is clearly frozen on "Waiting for Risk".When I log into the Black Arrow platform to trade, every single order is rejected with a hard server error: "Account is blocked. Blocked by broker." It is obvious that the Risk Team forgot to whitelist or unblock my account credentials on the live Nelogica trading server.I have sent multiple emails and today I received a template reply from support asking me to wait another 24-48 working hours. Waiting almost 3 weeks for a simple server-side account activation is highly unprofessional. If a standard account setup takes 17 days and requires constant escalation, it makes me deeply question how delayed and unreliable their profit payout process will be in the future.I demand immediate manual intervention from a Senior Risk Manager to fix this technical synchronization bug and activate my account #1255789 today.

We have carefully reviewed your case, including your account activity and the support conversations you had with our team before the account was terminated. We want to clarify that the termination was not based on an arbitrary decision or a misunderstanding of your account.
Prior to your trading activity, our Support Team provided you with the applicable Swing account requirements, including the limitations on the number of contracts that can be held overnight.
Our review also confirmed that the account was holding 4 contracts on NQU6. In addition to exceeding the permitted overnight position size, the positions were held over the weekend, which is not permitted under the Swing account rules. These requirements apply regardless of whether the trader intended to hold the position for a longer period or believed that holding positions overnight was generally permitted.
We understand your point that you were told overnight trading was allowed. However, permission to hold positions overnight does not remove the applicable position size and weekend holding restrictions. This is why we reviewed the complete conversation history rather than relying only on a single statement.
Regarding your refund request, trading had already commenced on the account and the account was subsequently terminated due to a confirmed rule violation. Under our Terms & Conditions, fees are non refundable once trading has commenced, so we are unable to issue a refund in this case.
We also understand that you mentioned contacting your bank regarding the payment. Regardless of any external dispute, our records clearly document the relevant account activity and the information provided to you before trading. We have therefore completed our review and the decision remains unchanged.
We appreciate the time you spent with The5ers and regret that the experience ended this way. However, we believe it is important to provide this clarification so that other traders can understand that the account was terminated following a documented breach of the applicable Swing account rules, rather than as a random or arbitrary decision.
We consider this matter fully reviewed and closed, and we wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.

Denied my payouts saying i do coordinated trading, i have never every done any coordinated trading, i don’t have multiple accounts, i don’t even copy trade my own funded accounts. No chance of any such activity. Risk is not providing any proof of such activities on my account.
Update: these are baseless accusations. No evidence or proof provided by Risk team

You won't get a payout
Their customer service, hub and payment methods all seem very clear and trust worthy but as soon as you request a payout they will deny you and ban you.
I was told my trading method was valid and passed their risk checks, so continued to trade the way I did. As soon as I requested a payout they blocked my account and said I broke their risk rules.

Before a trader reaches the funded stage, there is no funded account to activate or verify for live trading purposes. In addition, KYC approval alone does not replace the full review process, as account eligibility may also depend on trading activity, account history, risk checks, and compliance requirements.
For this reason, KYC cannot be completed as a guaranteed pre-purchase approval. Traders are welcome to purchase and trade according to the program rules, and once the required stage is reached, the verification process will be opened and reviewed by the relevant team.
We also requested additional information through Trustpilot so we could identify your profile and review your concern directly, but unfortunately, no response was received within the required timeframe.

Glitch resolved in less than 48hrs
There was a glitch in my account due to which my account was considered as breach.
