Very happy with the butter dish
Very happy with the butter dish. The packaging was very flimy and the ceramic dish could have easily been damaged.
My main issue was with delivery. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery and box was left on front doormat by the courier they stated it was in the porch... I don't have a porch. This parcel was easily in view of anyone passing by.

A company with incredible customer service
Ordered a personalised product from this company and the delivery was extremely quick, received the item within a couple of days. The laser engraving is incredible. The customer service has been amazing, very efficiently and quickly resolved an issue I had. Definitely recommend.

Jam Spoon for Anniversary
I ordered a jam spoon for an anniversary and it was processed and sent out incredibly quickly. Phillip was amazingly responsive, helpful, and generous when Royal Mail was too slow on the delivery and I got in touch, anxious it was going to miss the anniversary it was bought for, even though it was no fault of his.
Happily the spoon has arrived in time and the finished item looks absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be buying again!

I ordered 2 personalised wooden dippy egg trays on Tuesday and needed them by Saturday Philip was really helpful and had them shipped the day after I ordered for next day delivery. Really lovely company to deal with and the items are beautifully crafted. Highly recommend

This company’s customer service is awful
This company’s customer service is truly dreadful
They mislabelled my parcel and delivered it to the wrong address and then delayed so long after they got it back that it I finally got it three and a half weeks after I ordered it and far too late for the birthday it was intended for
No apology, no offer of compensation
I asked for a refund and they initially agreed, then didn’t reply to my email requesting details of the return and refunds procedure
And they’ve been ignoring me ever since, which I see from other reviews is par for the course when they’re asked for a refund
So I’m stuck with a tin I can’t use because I bought something else for the birthday
And the printing on it’s poor quality anyway and not worth the money
Avoid, they’re an unpleasant and unhelpful company
