Ear wax removal
James Musselwhite was professional and friendly in approach. He listened to the issues I was having, clearly explained treatment options and selected the one most appropriate for me. Throughout the experience he explained every step and made sure I was happy. The procedure concluded with a hearing exam to check my ears were ok and explanation of ongoing, follow up treatment if needed. A very positive experience. Thank you James

Heavy ear wax microsuctioned by James…
Heavy ear wax microsuctioned by James who was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing. As per usual I questioned competence, prior to starting the procedure, to be honest I didn't really want my ears to be the first that he's ever microsuctioned, but he reassured me that he'd had a good few years experience. The procedure went very well and comfortable
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that I didnt get to see inside my ears during or after the procedure, something I was able to see on screen during an earlier ENT visit; maybe this could be explored for future procedures. However, my partner did get to see and assured me my ears were sqeaky clean
