Don’t buy hair extension halos from Thathair! I have dark brown hair that has a tint of red. I chose the dark brown. It didn’t really match. One of the people that I messaged offered to color match me if I took pictures of my hair. They told me that the wine would match. I got it today and it looks ridiculous, it doesn’t match at all. I messaged and told them this. They said since I’ve already had another one sent to me that I am out $60 essentially. I also want to note that the halo is really wide and the string is long. It must be for someone with a beach ball of a head. Save yourself some money and don’t buy these! I think I’m going to file with BBB

This product is amazing!!! The color was not a close match or an "it'll do" color; it was an exact, perfect match to my hair color!!! So many compliments on how natural it looks, the length, and the color, all of which are just what the advertisements claimed they would be! Thank you!! Thank you!! I have already given several of the women in my circle the website info!

Best customer service I’ve ever had. They just keep helping me find my shade to match my hair. These extensions are awesome and feel and look like real hair.

When I placed my order I did not use their services to color match which did not work out for me. I ordered the wrong color so I contacted customer service and they emailed me very quickly. Actually they were so involved in trying to help me - they have the best customer services I’ve experienced

The color match was perfect and I have received lots of compliments on my extensions.

I ordered these a few weeks ago because when I got my hair done the stylist burnt a lot of my hair off with foils.I didn’t want to leave my home out of embarrassment. I really didn’t think they were going to work and would be difficult to put in and look fake. It takes a little bit of time to figure out how to put in. I have to say I am very impressed and my family and friends could not believe how great this looks. I love the straight 1 but am not a fan of the wavy 1. Thank you That hair for making these very affordable and great quality. My confidence is so much better now. I definitely have to stock up because it is going to take some time for my hair to grow back. Thanks again for making such a great hair piece. Stephanie M.

I am very surprised how really nice this looks. The color was a good match, and my husband could not tell I was wearing a hair piece. I enjoyed wearing it.

After washing my first one, I am afraid to wash others because it really dried it out. I even used fabric softener on it. I purchased your shampoo and conditioner to see if that works any better. Haven’t tried it yet. That’s why I bought multiple extensions, so I don’t have to wash them. I can’t believe how perfect the color matches. I don’t wear headbands because they bother me. This doesn’t bother me at all. So easy to put on and take off too. Mine doesn’t come off in the wind either. It does get knotted though. Nothing is perfect. I do love my extensions.

They were very fast getting back to me. They replaced my product with no problem and fast. They made sure I was satisfied and they did a great job color matching my hair.

It didn't match the texture of my hair. It looked weird and didn't stay in my hair. I contacted them and was informed that I could only get a store credit. They advertise money back guarantee! Why would I want to buy another one? I believe it's a scam.

I have an appointment with my stylist next week and will be brining the hair with me hoping she says it's a match and from there I will be able to give a better review as I will be able to actually wear them :), stay tuned!!

The halo with curl was much better than the straight one, I ended up throwing away the straight one because of it being more like silk and it was just too fake

I didn't use the color match feature before I purchased the hair, and when I received them they didn't match at all. I contacted the company and did the color match, of which I sent them 2 sets of pictures of my hair, and was told the pictures were too fuzzy. They were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. They are offering me an exchange or store credit. What am I supposed to do if it did work in the first place? They will not refund my money. I hope they choke on it.

I can’t tell you anything about how well shipping and ordering went as I got mine as a Christmas gift. I will say though, once you get the hang of it, you’ll never want to take it off. I love mine and every little event I use it for. I got a curly and a straight one. The curly looks a little better as it blends better, but I love them both. The quality is great, although the hair feels fake, you’d never know and it looks so real and amazing. Thank you Halo for giving me one of the easiest extensions I am able to do on my own and make look so natural.

Although the color didn't match the customer service was amazing and issued a refund. Smooth experience and would try again.

The color match for my halo extensions was dead on! You truly cannot tell the difference. The texture isn't quite like my hair, but that should be expected when not buying real human hair. It's a bit heavy, which is causing some headaches, but other than that, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.
