Can’t even speak for the actual product as the hair color I ordered didn’t suit me. But just FYI, they do NOT have “easy 30 day returns guaranteed” like it says on their website. I had to go back and forth with them for 3 days and finally threaten legal action for them to send me return instructions. IMO that is scammy. They tried everything to not allow me to return for a full refund. False advertisement is immoral

The deal was too good to be true, i wanted to add some more length on to my hair the color match was almost spot on, my only complaint is that it separates in 4 sections towards the bottom, I ended up with the 24 inch pieces which definitely could play a factor with that, I would definitely recommend.

I reached out to thathair on Instagram as I wasn’t sure of my exact colour match. They were fast in getting back to me and found me my exact hair shade which I was delighted with and then I purchased! Love the fact there’s the halo band and also clips to ensure the extensions don’t fall off.

Ordered the 14 and 18 inch brown to golden. The color matched perfectly! Now when I go out it looks like my own hair and gives me the length I like when going out to nice restaurants.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered four halos and the package was massively delayed, forcing me to pay additional money to have it forwarded from Florida to Israel.

When I finally received the order, I opened one halo and the quality was horrible immediately. The hair felt dry, tangled, cheap, and poor quality straight out of the packaging. It was so bad I didn’t even put it on my head. After seeing the first one, I refused to even open the other three.

Customer service kept hiding behind policy instead of taking proper accountability for the delays, extra expenses, and unacceptable product quality.

For a “premium” hair company, this experience was a complete waste of money, time, and energy.

Their 'easy return policy' is a scam.

I ordered the product for my mother for Mother's Day, and we found the color matched her hair well but the product itself didn't work with her hair length. She would need to cut her hair specifically for the product to give the illusion of layers and wear it daily to make it at all usable. So I contacted the company to start the refund process.

Here they tell me because I didn't do a color match consultation beforehand (something I told them isn't feasible for a surprise mothers day gift) I'm only eligible for store credit or half of my original subtotal refunded back. What good is a store credit when they only sell these extensions that didn't work for us? The color match consultation is useless to begin with since the color isn't the issue, so I have to have my mother sit through a needless digital consultation, then pay to ship it back to them, and their website mentions a '15 percent environment processing fee' will be taken out. $60 spent only to get at most $15 back after shipping and fees is an insult!

I love the halos that I bought. The only negative I have is that they are too large for my head whatever the hair clips are. Same for my daughter too. I am going to try to cut them down so we can wear our halos.

I had to contact customer support due to ordering the wrong length extensions. It was absolutely my fault, but I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion and simply told that they would be replaced and to gift the original ones to someone else. You don’t find that much anymore, and just know it was very much seen and very much appreciated 💕

These are incredible. Gave me so much confidence after my postpartum hair loss. You can’t see them at all and they look completely real. If you’re thinking about it, go for it!!!!! The only thing I will say is that I didn’t realize the silver figure 8 (they call it the ‘bead’) can move-I thought my head was too small and I had it on the smallest setting but you have to mess around with the silver thing and it’s FULLY adjustable with no minimum size! Best thing ever. This gave me confidence that nothing else can. Will be getting more when I highlight my hair, maybe longer ones for special occasions. Seriously the best.

Purchasing them with the money back guarantee. We bought these and they were nothing like what was advertised. It kept falling out and didn’t look flawless at all and my normal hair stood out. Tried to email them which I all it was 6 emails. They don’t honor their money back guarantee and only ended up with paying am environmental fee and only

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with ThatHair.

I specifically used their color matching/consultation process before purchasing because I wanted to avoid ordering the wrong shade. I initially submitted photos, but the process was delayed because my first submission apparently wasn’t sufficient, so I sent updated photos and waited again.

While waiting, because of timing constraints, I placed an order for Sand Blonde. When their team finally responded, they initially recommended darker shades (Dark Sand / Brown Blonde), so I immediately explained that I had already ordered Sand Blonde due to the delay and asked whether the exact shade I had already purchased would still work, or whether I should instead order the darker option.

Their team explicitly reviewed my updated photos and told me that Sand Blonde should work well and blend nicely with my hair.

I relied on that recommendation.

When the product arrived, it was clearly too light and not a match. I requested a refund under their prominently advertised “Easy Returns” and “30-Day Results Guarantee / money-back guarantee.”

That’s when the experience became frustrating.

Instead of honoring the guarantee, they refused a refund and tried to argue that I somehow didn’t qualify under their consultation policy—even though I absolutely used their consultation service and relied on their direct recommendation for the exact product I purchased.

Their published policy creates the clear impression that unsatisfied customers can return products under the guarantee, but in practice they appear to apply additional restrictions that are not clearly communicated upfront.

Offering “easy returns” and a “money-back guarantee” while denying refunds in circumstances like this feels misleading and extremely frustrating.

I would not have purchased this product without their guidance, and I certainly would not have kept the order had they told me Sand Blonde was not suitable.

Very disappointing customer service experience.

Horrible customer service, never again, do not by from them. Have been trying to return my product. I explained to them that it was not just the color but that it did not sit right on my head, felt too heavy, and could not adjust the wire to make it smaller. Emails have been going back and forth for 2 weeks. Now they are asking if used the color match service. Disgusted

So pleased with this purchase. Very nervous at first but the colour match is unbelievable. So glad I asked you for your expertise I never would’ve picked the ivory blonde. Already recommended you to a friend
