My first order didn't match my hair (my misjudgement) but when I reached out for help I got a consultant to help me find a better color match! She was so helpful, positive and quick to respond! My replacement set came in quickly and was a perfect match! Can't wait to use these for special occasions and wedding next month!

I placed an order with Thathair. The halos arrived quickly, and the color matched perfectly. As my natural hair is growing, I decided to place another order for longer halos. I love them. They are great quality, great price. I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I was a little worried about the color match, but it ia perfect!! Very satisfied with my extensions, will absolutely order more.

I was excited to see how this would seamless blend to give me more fullness.
Unfortunately, the texture of the hair is like and American Girl doll. It is very fake and doesn’t blend well at all. It is clearly fake.
The return is not easy and they won’t except it so don’t be fooled by the fake reviews and claims of a happiness guarantee.
Also the support is all AI so don’t expect to get good support.
I can’t believe companies are aloud to make false claims like this. Don’t waste your money like I did

The support team is great and always provides assistance whenever we have questions. I loved the Straight Halo Extension in Mochachino Brown. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to buy a second halo extension of the same type when you receive another one for free, as it looks much fuller when you wear two halo extensions together.

First time with hair extensions. Colour was perfect, length is great and feels like real hair. Still getting the hang of placing the band and adjusting the fit. Love it!!

Customer service was great! My hair didn’t match what I ordered and they assisted me with finding the correct color. I received the second order faster than the first and now it matches perfectly! Thank you for the support along the way.

Color match perfect. First one off , that I picked ,but “that hair” exchanged without a problem. Thank you was on vacation when it came so not sure when delivered . Did not check date but did not have to wait long .

Beware!! Don’t purchase anything from this company! They won’t give you a refund just shop credit! Their product is garbage!! I made the mistake don’t do it!! You can’t contact anyone on the phone!! There’s no return address listed. You can only email them and they’re customer service sucks!!!!

Excellent service! I got a color that didn't match and their color matching experts looked at my pictures and recommended another color. After this, Customer Service sent me out a replacement. It was all done very quick and professional manner.

Can’t even speak for the actual product as the hair color I ordered didn’t suit me. But just FYI, they do NOT have “easy 30 day returns guaranteed” like it says on their website. I had to go back and forth with them for 3 days and finally threaten legal action for them to send me return instructions. IMO that is scammy. They tried everything to not allow me to return for a full refund. False advertisement is immoral

The deal was too good to be true, i wanted to add some more length on to my hair the color match was almost spot on, my only complaint is that it separates in 4 sections towards the bottom, I ended up with the 24 inch pieces which definitely could play a factor with that, I would definitely recommend.

I reached out to thathair on Instagram as I wasn’t sure of my exact colour match. They were fast in getting back to me and found me my exact hair shade which I was delighted with and then I purchased! Love the fact there’s the halo band and also clips to ensure the extensions don’t fall off.

Ordered the 14 and 18 inch brown to golden. The color matched perfectly! Now when I go out it looks like my own hair and gives me the length I like when going out to nice restaurants.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered four halos and the package was massively delayed, forcing me to pay additional money to have it forwarded from Florida to Israel.

When I finally received the order, I opened one halo and the quality was horrible immediately. The hair felt dry, tangled, cheap, and poor quality straight out of the packaging. It was so bad I didn’t even put it on my head. After seeing the first one, I refused to even open the other three.

Customer service kept hiding behind policy instead of taking proper accountability for the delays, extra expenses, and unacceptable product quality.

For a “premium” hair company, this experience was a complete waste of money, time, and energy.
