We bought the Golden Book Advent calendar escape game, and while the puzzles were fun, there were missing pieces and missing clues. In the instructions it says to contact their email if anything is found missing. I contacted them two times for missing clues and still have never received a response, even months later. For something like an Advent calendar where you are supposed to do it on a daily basis leading up to Christmas, it's not ideal to be waiting for a response that never comes when you have to have finished the day before to continue on. We ended up just looking at the answers for the missing ones to go onto the next. Super frustrating, and these things aren't cheap. I absolutely would not recommend the Advent calendar to anyone. We have some of the regular escape room versions we haven't tried yet. Hoping the quality control on those is better. If you look at the Amazon reviews, this is a common issue for the Advent calendars.
