Used paypal to try and order some stuff. An Empire old world reference cards to be specific. My IP address was flagged as Fraud. And they canceled my order. This is highly frustrating. I have never been flagged for fraud. I'll keep my business on the west coast from now on.
Decided to place an order to a brick and mortar store instead of Amazon. Found this place based on solid reviews for their customer service. Box arrived damaged, which is on FedEx, not Cardhaus. However, two of the games ordered had dirt on the outside of the box and slight wear. I reached out to customer service. Their response was prompt. However, it failed to address the issues with the covers of the games, which appear to have happened prior to or during packaging. There was no dirt inside the package, so it must have happened during handling prior to shipping. It would have been nice if their response had attempted to address this issue. Did my best to clean up the cosmetic damage and will likely order from a different vendor or Amazon in the future, as they have an easier return policy for situations like this.

Cheaper than Amazon, even when you factor in the shipping cost, and I'd much rather buy from CardHaus.
They did not only have good deals, but they shipped my order fast and well. They used packing peanuts (!) which is a rare gesture nowadays.
I also spoke with customer service and they were kind and fast to respond.
