The order was delayed and won’t come in time and the company decided to only tell me once i asked them if the order would come in time.

I needed my order urgently and they it next day tracked via Royal Mail. The service was prompt thank you so much.

Ordered a order for my wedding thaals. Some of the lids of the boxes were missing. Contacted the company via email and have had no contact. Tried to ask if the lids can be sent out as they are missing from the order but no response. Had to order from a different company but unsure if they will arrive on time.

Order #3318 – Extremely Disappointed: Late Dispatch, No Communication, Poor Service

I placed an order with Thaalsupply on 28th April, paying extra for 2-3 day delivery, with the expectation that my parcel would arrive by 1st May at the latest. However, Royal Mail has confirmed that the parcel was only dispatched on 1st May, the day it should have arrived. That alone is disappointing.

I needed this order by 7th May, and now, because of your delay, I’ve had to order the same items elsewhere and pay for next day delivery just to salvage my plans.

To make matters worse, I placed several other orders from different companies on the exact same day, and all of those parcels arrived on time, either 2nd May or 6th May. Thaalsupply is the only one that failed to deliver as promised.

What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve reached out through live chat and email, and I’ve received no response whatsoever. As a paying customer, being ignored after your service falls short is simply unacceptable.

I paid for a premium service that you did not deliver. If you’re offering express shipping, you need to honor it or at the very least, communicate delays clearly. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning whether I can trust Thaalsupply again.

Absolutely ridiculous. My order never arrived, this is not even the worst part. As it never arrived on time, I had to put an order through for next day delivery at amazon.
2 weeks after my event had past, it still did not arrive. Thaal Supply never took the intiative to update me with this, I then wrote an email for them to say it had got lost via Royal Mail. An absolute joke, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Had I not sent this email, I highly doubt I would have heard anything back from at all regarding my order — let alone been offered a refund.

It is extremely disappointing that a customer has to chase for an update on an order that was placed weeks ago, especially when they were fully aware it had not been delivered. The lack of communication and accountability on their part is appalling.

I absolutely loved the display boxes, so classy and pretty. They were easy to assemble and the website offered lovely accessories to add to make them look even better and aesthetic. The quality was great and offered different colours and sizes. Very versatile. I would highly recommend for any occasion. It’s a 10/10 from me :)
