1 month passed without refund...

Stay away! Shopping at Tezenis is a total nightmare. I wanted to return one of the products I ordered online in a store, but first they refused it because they told me that I had to initiate the process online by logging in to my account and I had to print (!!!!!) out some documents as a proof. It felt so weird because by telling order number or showing an online receipt is usually enought to retrun anything to any store. But I did not doubt, I left the store and I went home to do this and to print out what shoud be printed out. But when I went online I read carefully the conditions of returning and I learnt that printing out anything is not necessary at all because they instantly see in their system at the store by telling my name that they are about to have a return!!!!! So why on earth was it necessary to make me come twice?! Why didn't they tell me that I can do it online right at the moment in the store? Awful. But finally I managed to return the product. It was 16th December, today is 17th of January, and I still don't have my money. It is completely and absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service and they did confirm receipt of my return but the answer was "We need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer." One week passed and I got an answer that they are very sorry for the inconvinience and soon I'll get the money. One more week passed and there is still no money. This should be an easy routine procedure that doesn’t need to be take that long! This is super annoying and I'm 100% sure that I won't buy anything from Tezenis again, not in a store, neither online.

This is ridiculous I have placed an…

This is ridiculous I have placed an order on the 26th of December and money is taken in my account on the 28th of December but no confirmation email with order number is sent.
I contacted them today and they say they don’t have any order while money is taken - this is a pure fraud case and I am a lawyer so this case will be sent to the police as it’s illegal and fraud.
You can’t take the money unless you supply customer with an order confirmation or send the items.
Worst website ever.
If this matter is not solved by tomorrow you have to deal with a lawsuit.

Stay away! Impossible to get a refund…

Stay away! The worst online shopping experience ever… I’d give them zero stars if i could. They received my return items on November 25th, but I'm still waiting for a refund. I contacted their customer service several times. They did confirm receipt of my return but the answer was "We need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer." This should be an easy routine procedure that doesn’t need to be reviewed or answered by the “competent department”! Super frustrating.

Contacting support is very hard and…

Contacting support is very hard and worse than useless. Have tried repeatedly to place an order and continually web page sticks at the same place. managed ( I can't remember how) to contact customer service and there advice was pretty useless. Shame as I have used them before and product was okay. Need to look elsewhere!

Never again

My worst online shopping ever!
I received damaged package - the big hole in the paper envelope was just fixed by scotch. Of course the packaging was damaged - someone put too much items in it, so envelope became a ball.
All underwear in it were in a mess and had no any additional packaging - so I don`t know how many panties fall down from the packaging on the floor and were collected than back with dirty arms or maybe even were put on, who knows.
I can`t believe they send me panties without any additional packaging, right in a unhygienic paper envelope!
Bikini bottom came without safety hygienic sticker. Is this ok? Of course not! I will never put it on me! How can I prove that it had not sticker? Can I return the bottom and top? Of course not, and they will not refund me them.
Fleece joggers is not made from fleece!!!! It`s made from thin sweatshirt fabric. It`s just a fraud!
And they present me a 10%(!) discount code for the next purchase, as an excuse. Are they really think I will buy anything else from this online shop?!
I was Tezenis`s constant client. I am very very disappointed!

Updated. 08.11.2022. They promised to contact me privately a month ago and they did noting.

This company does not respond to emails…

This company does not respond to emails and phone calls. I did the return procedure as requested and I received their email informing me that I will receive their shipping label within 24 hours. As the day after I did not receive anything from them, I sent them an email and again no response from them. I called them and a hotel answered me...I did the "chat" function (2 times) and a robot answers questions...of course nothing followed up, no one contacted me either by phone or email. So to this day I still cannot return my items and they will surely claim that the return period has passed and that they are no longer able to reimburse me….

I don't know if I've ever had a worse…

I don't know if I've ever had a worse experience with a retailer. Placed an order with a £50 gift card and the rest (£3) on my card. Tezenis lost the order but refused to believe it wasnt just late getting to Hermes until 20 days after I'd placed the order. They then emailed out of nowhere saying it had been refunded. But since it was bought mostly with a gift voucher (a present by the way) I only got the £3 back and Tezenis has effectively just made off to with £50. They're not responding to repeated emails and DMs either. It's the worst service I've ever come across.

Worst Online Shopping Experience

Made an order on 20th July and still not received my items. Have tried emailing customer services 6 times but get a generic response. I am appalled. Poor quality of fabric, bad stitching, poor service

In recent years, the quality of the fabric and stitching has deteriorated substantially. To a very low standard. Unacceptable by any standard! All the products become rag-thin after a while (cotton crew neck t-shirts, women, white/black).

I used to be a big fan of Tezenis... But it downright sucks at the moment. The customer service is making me very angry by closing my calls within a few days. Not doing anything with my feedback!

update July 27th: Tezenis reaction below this review is just an empty gesture. Not offering any real solution.

update August 24th: After providing photos of the defective tshirts, the receipt of the order and payment it is still very difficult to accept responsibility. No offer at all. No response.

update: August 27th: Tezenis keeps closing the call. In their mind an issue does not exist when it is not in their system. Dream out loud Tezenis! I will echo this call everywhere if that is what it takes.

This company is receiving many negative reviews (83% of the reviewers is negative about Tezenis), and for a good reason.

Not worth my business anymore, how about you?

It is time to take drastic measures via my legal advisor.

What's wrong with you people?! Why aren't you refunding my money back if I haven't received my order? I've emailed Antonela from customer Care Team and she said someone will contact me as they're investigating why my order hasn't arrived and it's now been 6 days and still nothing. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing anything from Tezenis as I really wasn't expecting this at all. I consider you a reputable company but I've never experienced anything like this. Shame on you, I won't stop here as I won't my money back, I have never received my order.

Thieves

I wish I have read all the reviews about refunds before I ordered with Tezenis UK. Ironically, I was a very loyal customer for almost 10 years, buying from any country that has Tezenis shops. In early Jan '22, they have send me the wrong order. After I contacted them on chat, they asked me send photos of every item and its label, which I did. After a week, they said to send the order back and after they will refund me. I sent the order back 4 weeks ago and, because they didn't send the refund, I contacted them. They kept saying the same thing with the relevant department and asked me to send the proof of return, after I prompted them 3 times. I sent them the proof, and after 1 week I asked again what is happening - got the same auto-message. All of these to culminate two days ago with them asking me the codes of the items that I don't have anymore and anyway I had send them pictures. Again, they sent the wrong order. I asked what codes and obviously no reply. I am intending to make a complaint to the service ombudsman, because they literally are stealing my money and it seems other people's too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Never heard back about return

Submitted a return request and never received an email with details and labels. Returned using Hermes online process and dropped the parcel at a collection point now two weeks ago. No news from Tezenis whatsoever and no contact form or number anywhere on their website.

EDIT: Received an email about the refund about an hour after this review (I am assuming this was read and acted upon). Tezenis: could you please provide a number for customer care? It's ridiculous having to write hear to be able to contact you!

Lost refund and not existing customer service number

I went in store to process the refund almost a week ago, I had the refund receipt, but still no trace of the money back. If I check online by using the order number there is no refund request issued.
If I look for a number to contact the customer service there is no sign at all of any customer service number.
Guys I really think you can’t do worse than that ! Simply ridiculous
