I wish I had read the reviews before buying online from this brand. This is truly the WORST experience ever. I have literally been robbed.
Today was the 5th day in a row I was to wait for my parcel and yet again IT DID NOT SHOW. Their customer service is the worsttttttt thing I have ever encountered!!! When I contacted customer service I was simply told they would open a case to look into the delay of my parcel - and never got back to me!.
I contacted again and was told that I need to contact UPS!!!!
My contract and agreement is with TEZENIS NOT UPS. UPS are who you've hired to deliver your parcels, and they are failing. So how dare they make it the customer's job to chase up their third party?!?!!?
I was horrified - but with no help at all I did contact UPS, who YET AGAIN told me the parcel would 100% be with me by end of today. And again, it wasn't!
So I contact Tezenis customer service again, and they couldn't care less!!!!
I asked to speak to a manager and they said NO.
And they simply told me to wait for the case to be closed.....
This is an absolute sick joke and I am disgusted that these people are allowed to operate a company that steals from people.
I told them 100 times, I DON'T WANT THE PARCEL ANYMORE. I JUST WANT A REFUND.
I don't care that there is an 'investigation' investigate on your own time and then keep the order!!
I DON'T WANT IT.
AND THEY KEEP REFUSING TO REFUND ME AND SIMPLY TELL ME TO WAIT FOR THE CASE TO BE CLOSED.
WHEN I ASK THEM HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE, THEY SIMPLY TELL ME TO BE PATIENT!!
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE, NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will go to citizens advice and take this further with the ombudsmen. I advise everyone to stay FAR AWAY from these crooks.

Awful service. Paid next day delivery which at £9.50 is extortionate in the first instance! 9 days after placing the order it still had not even been dispatched. I chased several times to be told by a customer service handler I needed to “be patient”. Is the very point in next day so you don’t have to be patient? It was very rude. I have now cancelled the order.
I am sad about this experience as I love Tezenis underwear but I will never buy them again now. I reckon pigs will fly before you get your order.

Fast delivery and good quality clothes. Items arrived in only 2 days, and despite warnings from other reviews the quality is quite alright. Now I just hope I don’t get spammed like so many other reviews say they do.

I keep getting spam messages for this company with the caption: “Welcome to Tezenis! If you are not registering for our services, please ignore this message. To proceed with registration, use this code: [Random 8-digits-number]”. Some times the same message gets send three times in a row! I’m not registering for your service at all and i never had done before either, so why do you keep sending me these messages? Are someone abusing my phone number? I will like you to stop sending me messages then, since I don’t register for your service. I’m not gonna leak my phone number publicly, but it is a danish phone number with these last three digits: +45 ** ** *8 00. Now you can easily find my number in your message database, and if the message craziness doesn’t stop, then i will report your phone service for spam. I will also like you to block my phone number, since it clearly is not me who is registering for your service.

My name is Norma Rawson. I am very very disappointed I am on a cruise for 14days, I've been to Tezenis shops at most ports.I was very pleased with the control short pants until the top of the pants I bought ripped. Hoping the other 3 are OK. Obviously as a cruise customer I can't return them but I definitely will not recommend your company as you sell inferior products.

Terrible experience. Did not receive my delivery as per the promised delivery date. My order number was 16949846. Very unreliable service and I would not order something again due to this service being unreliable. I ordered clothes with the expectation to take them on holiday. The clothes did not arrive and I did not have clothes to take with me on holiday. If I had known this service was unreliable, I would have ordered from another website
I was a customer for years before moving from Europe to the US and never imagined their service could be this terrible.
As soon as I got my order (for which the tracking number never existed, according to UPS), I tried my items on, and started getting a couple of them ready for return, as Tezenis only offers 15 days for doing so. The return process through their site kept giving me an error at the last step, making it impossible to finish the process and receive the return labels in my email. This is all well documented through emails and screenshots I sent to customer service. I was told "we need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer", which according to other reviews, seems to be their standard response while nothing is being done. I asked twice for a return label to be sent to me and reminded the CS agent my return window of 15 days was about to end, and I would be losing my money while being forced to keep items I can't wear. I was told "please do not worry about the return timeline as we have reported the issue to our relevant department so you shall be enabled to return as soon as it is fixed". It's been a month now, and not only has nothing changed, my emails have been ignored since then. Close to $100 down the drain! I surely won't be making the mistake of buying from Tezenis again.

Whenever I have bought online I have never had a problem and in their stores their salespeople have always been very nice and kind ❤️

Really bad experience. Better to buy things at least at their physical shops instead of online. They partner with amazon shipping. The courier had my package get stolen/lost and naturally I asked for a reimbursement . (Plus I reordered the same product). It has been days and days that they keep telling me they are still looking into the case and they do not reimburse me. Ridiculous. Thanks god I did not order a lot of things with a big amount of payment. I already suffered for my package getting lost and for having to do numerous phone calls with agent. Plus they will not even reimburse as soon as possible. No words
Hey people stay away from tezenis online shop. I am an online shopper over the last 10 years. I have been shopping from small and bigger online shops and NEVER had any problem. Last year i decided to shop from tezenis. I made a small order that never came to me with the excuse that the parcel was lost. 😂 Ok that is something that maybe could happened to anyone. This year i decided to give them a second chance. I have placed an order on January 5. The order was shipped at January 10. Today we have 27 of January and guess what??? The parcel was lost again.. 😂😂😂😂 22 days after my order was placed they decided that the parcel was lost. They just informed me that the parcel was lost and they are returning my money. At least they could give a voucher or an extra order on them! Totally unprofessional! The worst online shopping store. Really i can’t understand how is it possible to lose a parcel twice.. DO NOT ORDER FROM TEZENIS!!
