Good people better food

People were very nice and polite and the manager came and checked on us and we got our steaks redone because they weren't done correctly and they gave us a refund for one of our steaks

Texas road house: steaks, rolls and a whole lots of fun!

Though Texas road house can be quite lively, expressly on peek hours of the weekends it only enhances the restaurants vibrant and welcoming vibe. If your seeking a refined quite dinner this might not be the place however, if your in the mood for a satisfying meal in a lively and fun environment Texas road house is deftly the place to go!!

Quality Food & Great Service!

I can’t start with any negatives because there aren’t any.

This is in reference to your Prescott, Arizona; Gateway Mall Location.

1. Excellent quality and tender steaks.

2. Excellent: potatoes, salads, bread.

3. Excellent service.

4. Excellent prices.

5. Excellent treatment of veterans. On Veteran’s Day: they give veterans a free steak dinner voucher.

In summary; go to Texas Roadhouse, you won’t be disappointed.

Mid but solid?

Honestly it’s more for the vibes than the food tbh. The roles with the brown sugar were good but nothing special. It’s mid.

Comped meal not Fed when hungry!

Unfortunate experience, arrived, hungry, and ready to experience Texas roadhouse in Visalia, California.

Customer service was great, however, food took a while to come out and when the food arrived, the catfish, mashed potatoes and corn were all cold. For example, the mashed potatoes had bacon and and cheese and the cheese was not melted indicating it was cold.

However, management independently comped the meal, which was awesome, however, I went for food not a comped meal.

I will try again and hope the next experience is worth it.

Cremated burgers

The service was great as usual. My daughter and wife had the bacon burger. They came without the bacon, she had to go and get it, they asked for them to be well done, but they were cremated, and dry, and they couldn't eat them iThe music was too loud you couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk. we are from the UK. We come here at least once a year, and look forward to eating there. I don't think we will be going back there

The stakes here are really good

The stakes here are really good, cooked just the way I asked. The rolls and cinnamon butter are totaly addictive!! The place was super busy tho, so we had to wait a bit longer than I'd like. But our waiter was frendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, but the noise level was kinda high. Still worth it for the steaks and sides!

Horrible Experience & No Concern or Response from Corporate

So sad to see that Texas Roadhouse has gone downhill. For years they were our favorite restaurant...we would eat there 2-4 times a month. Texas Roadhouse Restaurants have always been fairly consistent and we have eaten at several in six different states but the last two experiences (different locations) were bad. The first time, it took forever for our food to come out...about 1/2 hour, the rolls were not good at all....they were slightly burned, and my husband said his meal....the same one he always orders (country fried chicken) was overcooked. We recently ate at Texas Roadhouse again - another location and the rolls once again were slightly burned - they did not taste good and my steak was tough and hard to chew. I had send in a complaint to Texas Roadhouse twice and no one responded either time. If there is no care or concern at the corporate level, I now see why there is no care or concern at the restaurant level. I don't know if Texas Roadhouse is having problems because someone else took over the company in 2021 or if it's because Texas Roadhouse is a publicly traded company and they are trying to cut costs but it seems that service and quality are not the same as they once were. It's actually three bad experiences as the second time we ever ate at Texas Road house about 12 years ago, the waiter spilled my husband's beer on me when we were out of town for one night and I didn't have an extra pair of clothes. Accidents happen and we did continue to eat at Texas Roadhouse and every time since that time has been good until the last two times. Texas Roadhouse never offered anything, even when beer was spilled on my.....they even charged us for the beer. We had to call a manager over when we got the bill. It's sad when companies don't know anything about customer service and when they won't respond to a complaint. Why would I support a company that doesn't care about its customers.

Dirty dishes on floor

You are seated at your table by a really nice person, and look what’s on the floor beside you : a bunch of dirty dishes! I tried to post a pic, but it wouldn’t let me. Food was well ok, but Not worth $30+ for a steak!
My advice Go somewhere else!!

Asked for ID to buy drink - I’m 62!

Asked for ID to buy a cocktail - I’m 62 years old!!! This was at Spring Hill, Tennessee. I supplied my drivers licence, the server went away and then came back and told us our UK drivers licences were not acceptable! The server stated she would be breaking the law if she served us alcohol?! The staff obviously lack the correct training. We felt discriminated against as US visitors. We have travelled to the US every year for over 40 years and this has never happened anywhere before. Texas Roadhouse need to get their act together. We did complain to the manager at the time of our visit - he never got back to us to tell us which ‘law’ we would be breaking

How to lose a 15-year loyal client

How to lose a 15-year-long loyal client in one night:
Long day at work and it's not over, so my brother and I decide to go to our favorite restaurant in "Texas Roadhouse" to get motivated for a long night of work ahead.

1. As I have done for years, I request to separate my order into my Rib eye to dine-inn and my sides, shrimp's and Ceasar salad to take away (my wife's favorite). The waiter refuses saying is impossible. I'm tired and tell her is ok, just bring it and I will box it myself.
2. My brother and I ask two medium rare steak, and when bringing out water, they spill the glasses of water with ice on my 5-month-old newborn... he wakes up soaking wet. Do you know how hard is to make him to sleep. They barely say "Sorry" and leave.
3. 15 minutes later, the steaks arrived well-done. Again, I'm tired I say its 'ok, my brother sends it back. The waiter comes with a really bad sassy attitude trying to prove she is right and he's wrong, like a gf trying to win an argument. She wrong, he has asked the same steak for +10 years.
4. She takes it back to the kitchen, just to tell him there is nothing they can do, " if he wants, he can have it like that" He doesn't. She asks if everything is ok, is not. I don't want to eat alone so I ask them to pack my food so we can leave as soon as possible.
5. Someone in a red hoodie arrives, doesn't introduce himself, asking what's wrong, we tell him all the above. He only wants to know who spilled the water on the baby and without any intent to mend the situation. Mate I already explained, seems like he only wants an escape goat for the poor service that night. I'm not your HR department, you got cameras, please bring the bill and leave us alone... I'm still drying the baby.
6. Everyone disappears, the waiter rolls her eyes at distance, and they only take the steak out of the check.

One of the mistakes above I can live with, all of them, same night, accumulated. I can't, my question is ¿What happen with their top-service and quality? Sadly, and as much I use to like this place, we won't come back until this comment is answered and the mistakes mended.

Where to find us, we'll prob be in Outback Steakhouse.

Want a cheap and great meal? Come here!

Want a cheap and great meal? Come here! I usually eat here, and I'm going to break it down.

Walk in/Sit:10/10. Rolls are always good with the cinnamon butter and the Sweet Tea

Appitizer:(9/10). The only reason I gave it a 9 was because I have never really had an appetizer here, only the salad. My dad says the Bloomin onions are great!

Main course:10/10. I usually get a Sirloin. I get fries and a Sweet Potato. I get my steak cooked Medium. The waitresses will ask for you to cut into your steak to make sure it is right, SO nice!!

Waitresses: 10/10. Always nice. Sit at the bar for nonstop service (I don't drink, though).

Co$T: 10/10. Perfect for a family to go. not more than $20 for a steak with your two sides, and a salad.
