not wonderful
I felt that the practical session wasn't particularly beneficial; many of the questions were vague, and I noticed some inconsistencies in your content that didn't quite add up. After completing the theory portion, I didn't receive any email, so I called to inquire about it. I ended up speaking with Neal Ripper, but the call dropped several times, which was frustrating for both of us. When I discussed troubleshooting the issue with Neal, he spoke to me in an unprofessional way and seemed to want to argue, accusing me of thinking he was foolish. As a 46-year-old man, I really don't have the time or patience for this kind of behavior. However, I had Molly for my practical test, and she was fantastic; her patience and guidance were exceptional, which is why I rated you with 2 stars.

Disappointed
1) The online paperwork was overally focused on WH&S including special education areas of 'Working at Heights' & ' Confined Spaces' - needs review.
2) The 'Hands-On' training was far too random. The course outcomes would be enhanced by having all groups working on the same equipment at the same time, rather than working on different equipment.
3) Off topic comments:
a) Any comments about Homelessness being caused by drug and alcohol addiction needs to be removed immediately.
b) While it's great that the Trainer is an enthusiast Kelpie Rescuer (and I happen to like working with Kelpies); there are many who believe that it's cruel and socially unacceptable to re-home any working dogs into city areas where they can't work and live virtually unrestrained - they belong exclusively in regional areas (until they retire).
