After your feedback, we immediately initiated an inspection and received the damaged goods back from DHL. At the same time we have prepared a new shipment and sent it to you.
We hope everything is to your satisfaction now.
UPDATE from our CEO: It is a great pity to dismiss the fast and very commendable service of the service team with a 1* rating. In the tracking data you have full transparency and you could see that the package was damaged and returned to us. We then sent the damaged package back to you on the same business day.

It was very pleasant experience dealing with Tessi-Supply team.
I got my order shipped quickly.
However, I was not happy with one of the car mats, which I received - to my sense it was a bit oversized for the car.
I turned to customer service expressing my frustration and sending over some picture asking for guidance if that's the way it should be.
After short exchange of emails - the solution was found and I Tessi team shortly after sent me replacement mat, which has ticked all my expectation checkboxes!
Extremely happy with the products and granted services! Highly recommended!

The worst online shopping experience I had in over 20 years
They used some Budget DHL, the package got delayed, got no updates or info about this. I found out later when I started wondering where my package was, as it shouldn't take that long. Once it was on it's way, because it was delayed I would need to divert it. But because it was budget DHL that isn't possible. Called DHL but they wouldn't do anything for me. (Rude DHL customer service)
The package was send back. I asked to cancel the order. As I didn't want to wait any longer and didn't have any faith in the sending method. So they canceled my order but got told that my money wouldn't be booked back until after the package was in their storage?! Why? You already got confirmation from DHL that it was on it's way back?! That took another 2 weeks?! And you expect me to take time out of my day to update the review because it wasn't your fault?
Then I got pestered in email and calls asking me to change my review. So I did. So they do care about the review but not about the customer or service. It was the worst online shopping experience I had in over 20 years, specially because they cared more about the review than actually offer any service. So to leave on a postie note. They did send something out and once you leave a review, they contact you.

Dear Tim, we are sad to hear that.
first of we are not using any "budget" DHL, DHL is picking up the packages directly from us
and we are sending most packages out via Premium DHL.
I have just checked your status as i was not aware of the issue and didnt receive any Feedback from you directly until you wrote this review.
DHL did notice us that the adress you mentioned is not correct! Therefore we can not understand how you can blame us for the error. Also it is a normal procedure to wait with a refund until the goods are back in our storage.
After your order on 27th around 9 in the evening we did send out the package at the next morning around 10. I hope you do understand that we can not track every single package and need to get feedback of our customers if there is a problem.
Update: After your comment was updated - from our CEO: I had a review of your compliant and I only can say that in that case I have to protect my employees they did all they could to provide you the best service possible. Also they did not force you to anything they tried to solve this case. The biggest problem why the package took so long was that you provided us with the wrong address, therefore the package was missguided and not trackable.

Nothing to say about the service and material, but I simply don’t soeak german… A little flag for English/French/Spanish/(…) in order to understand your communications would be nice…

we are sad to hear, that their was an issue with the languages. Nevertheless on our Website at the bottom right we do have a big sign where you can switch to english. This would as well give you then a English Confirmation and all other Communication would happen in the desired language.
We do plan to add other languages too. So the buying experience can get better.
