I bought a product with shipping cost…
I bought a product with shipping cost of 16.00€ in Switzerland
I had to pay to DHL an additional duty of 6.00CHF after receiving the goods and therefore I did complaining with the seller
Tessi Supply offered to refund the additional 6 € I paid
This is what I call real “customer service” from a serious and responsible company

Quick delivery, good quality of the floor mats. The Silicon cup holder is too narrow- regular bottles do not fit in there

I have nothing but praise for the product i purchased!. Having said that - living in Denmark, You chose to send my package via the worst mailing company in Denmark - Postnord has the worst reputation. My shipment was not delivered at my doorstep/ I had to go and pick it up at a mail drop office one day later than expected due to an error made by Postnord - so - please! - use another carrier!!. But like I said - I have nothing but praise’s for the service at your web shop and the product is super!!

Selection is good and online user experience in purchasing works well. But the delivery process was way too slow. It was not your fault , but mine. Propably because I could not find any other delivery options except the ”standard” one. It took 8 days to get the package. DHL executed it decently but the public Finnish postal service ”Posti” was super slow.
