Yellow label goods no longer show the discount on the product line . Savings for all yellow label goods are lumped together as one item . Useless ! There have been plenty of times that I have been charged full price for a yellow discount item because the label isn’t quite covering the barcode . NOT an improvement Tesco .

Tesco petrol station is over priced i don't recommend it

Abysmal! I belatedly signed up for a whoosh account at Hillsborough Sheffield. Having taken them time to fill in the laborious forms, then completed my shopping and paid as required. Around 45 minutes later they sent an email stating my order had to be cancelled. They would refund me in 5 days! Took them seconds to take my payment and 5 days to refund it! No explanation offered.
My wife sitting next to me then placed the identical order from the exact same shop and it was delivered 36 minutes later! Go figure. Absolute shambles of a system. Embarrassing for an allegedly large ‘organisation’
I immediately cut my club card up and will not be shopping at Tesco again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent offer I received on 31st Dec (see attached).
Despite the offer being valid until today, [19th Jan], I have been unable to purchase the advertised item at your Tesco Superstore in West Drayton. I visited the store daily throughout the offer period, only to find the item consistently out of stock.
Today, on the final day of the offer, I was informed by a staff member that 12 units of the item were in stock. However, after a short wait, I was approached by Abdul, who identified himself as the manager. He stated that the entire stock had been stolen.
This discrepancy is deeply concerning. It is frustrating to receive enticing offers that are ultimately unavailable to customers.
What is more bizzare is that Tesco complaints department does not exist and all emails given to me bounce back.

Shop here at least 3 times a week was browsing for a bottle of whisky for my disabled mum meanwhile being watched by a security person went to the checkout patrd for the bottle the girl took the tags of another security gaurd come from other side and said what's up boss ! Oh I have a full SIA door supervisors license a 50k range rover outside never broke the law ever ! But watched and followed lile a criminal around the shop pathetic il be seeing the manager tomorrow then head office treating a disabled customer lile tbis is appalling behaviour they make me sick !!!!!

I had an unpleasent shopping experience at 1pm today. I went on the self-service check out and was aware that I would require a staff member to authorise my transaction because I had paracetamol. The till then requested a bag check the usual 9 items. Upon completing my purchase I declined my receipt as per usual for me. When I left the store I was stopped outside Tesco by security who asked for a receipt. I said I don't have one because I declined the receipt as a choice on the till. I was then requested to return to the store for further investigation. I was made to feel like a shoplifter. The staff were not apologetic and obtuse toward me. I then became annoyed by there handling of the situation. I had to prove that I had purchased my shopping and was then taken back to a till point and had to produce my tesco club card to prove I had paid £60.00. I explained again that I did not have a receipt because I was given the choice to decline. After putting my shopping in the car I went back into the store still upset that I had not even received an apology from any of the 4 tesco staff I had communicated with. The supervisor provided no apology for the delays and only stated in future get a receipt! Why provide the option to opt out of having a receipt I stated. Their self service check out system is flawed and some of their staff members should be trained to deal with difficult situations and be prepared to apologise for any inconvenience caused. In future I have decided to use the manned checkout to avoid a similar situation occurring again.

After spending £150 at tescos in Longton stoke on trent went to buy a vape for my wife went to the tills and I asked my son which vape does mum have he told me so I asked at the till lady which one I needed and she refused me service I'm 52 years old what's the problem. she said your buying it for your son I need id she clearly heard me say it was for my wife. She was very rude in talking to me so ask for a supervisor told her then had to ask for management told her but I was still refused because of old lady problems of not hearing me when she clearly did I'm disappointed in there treatment of customers

Tesco locally seems to have lost its way. What market is it aiming at? You cannot please all comers all the time. The positive is that the customer service is always very helpful. The negative is that the food choices though plentiful are often very poor and do not include what I want. Also the dreaded tannoy keeps broadcasting an ear-unfriendly noise which hastens my escape from the store. Next time I will come with earplugs or noise limiting headphones. It might not bother the dumb but it bothers me. Suck it up.

This review is for a member of staff at the Serpentine Green store, Peterborough. Babita, was overseeing the self service checkout, when I had the pleasure of dealing with her, she was just so friendly and helpful, she deserves a five star review.
I had gone overboard in the homewares section, and she helped me no end at the checkout, with scanning, then reloading my haul into the trolley. She was pleasant, funny and engaging, it made the whole normally mundane experience very positive.

Deliveroo had taken the utter p*** out of my custom for far too long - I boycotted them for literally not giving a you-know-what when items were missing or damaged, which was pretty much all the time tbh. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I hadn’t spent LOADS with them. I started using Tesco Whoosh instead of Deliveroo and I’ve been so consistently impressed with Whoosh, that I ordered a big online shop with Tesco. As with Whoosh, any issues or problems, they don’t quibble - they just assist, unlike Deliveroo. I appreciate that packers are often disinterested/useless, but that’s not the fault of customers, who pay above-average prices to have items delivered to their home at short notice. I will continue to use Whoosh and Tesco online for my big shops, unless they’re following the tactics of Deliveroo, who assist you at first and then turn on you suddenly and refuse to help. I’ve recommended Tesco to friends and family who were impressed with me being impressed.

went to get get air and fuel and water from tesco cheriton today. got fuel no prob, got air, had to pay by card for £1 only needed it for i tyre, then tried to get water for screen wash, but apparently you have to put another £1 in to get that , as far as i can see, tesco have a lot to improve on.

Update - Tesco have apologised and given a small token in goodwill - am grateful for the apology - oh and there is a complaints survey because they kindly sent it to me……

V v poor customer service from the Dundee office; my daughter ordered a delivery to arrive after a 5 hour train journey- just been told it can’t be delivered- they won’t pay for a taxi to collect from click and collect - they can’t book her another slot and transfer the order - v v unhelpful- won’t be using this service again - oh and they don’t have a complaints procedure - the man I spoke to logged it but I doubt he logged how unhelpful he was 🤔

Tesco are ignoring my concerns.
We can't ignore necessity forever; money is more important to Tesco and other supermarkets than are people and that is in urgent need of address.
Tesco, as other supermarkets, are knowingly killing us with the additives they put in their foods.
Your children will be more likely to die before old age because of the lethal toxins they are consuming when eating supermarket foods.
Such as pesticides, preservatives, and flavour enhancers, as well as how animals are nurtured for the market are among the deadly contaminations in the foods you are indifferently feeding your kids.
Ultimately responsible for the wanton killing of your children are the insanely greedy owners of the supermarkets and those who gladly, for handsome salaries, do their bidding.
The bosses of the regulatory bodies are taking bribes to turn a blind eye and to rate the toxins in supermarket foods safe.

Tesco Ellon big fuel rip off, 4 pence a litre dearer than Inverurie, 5 pence a litre dearer than Aberdeen.
All Tesco fuel stations should be charging the same.

Wonderful service and help at the Tesco Deepdale Preston, I was charged the price for an item that had been put in the wrong place which was more expensive, it was only nuts but I had bought two packets, so I went for assistance and a lovely guy named Jason helped me recover the balance I had paid, the staff here are all willing to help and the place itself is spacious so very easy to shop for your items

Tesco amersham went to buy new sim free phone news years eve ,girl serving wasn't interested in making a sale or helping me set up new phone , to busy on her own phone , so i went to argos instead and got phone £ 20 cheaper

driver refusing to help! ordered online for delivery, paid extra. The driver brought my order but refused to help and left the products at the main door of the flat! Didn't want to lift cases 1 singular stair even though he is required to bring my order to my door! Then he rushed to leave which was suspicious! I counted everything and from the water bottle stack, 1 bottle was missing. I tried to rush to his van but he ignored me and drove away. I ordered 4 stacks of water and all had packaging messed up and bottle were falling everywhere. This has never happened before! only with this Indian driver that did not even introduce himself or anything similar

All the things I ordered online arrived with everything nearon out of date very disappointed

A valid customer of many years,pay my subscription every month for a brilliant service. Very happy with my Christmas order one substitute but more than happy with the replaced item .Weekly order always arrives with pleasant, friendly drivers
