DO NOT BUY RACKETS FROM TENNISHQ!

Refused to refund racket, despite me sending it back the very next day in perfect saleable condition! Why? Because I had taken plastic wrapping of handle, and bounced a ball on it. GOV. UK guidance on online sales:" You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason'. In my view, this company has little interest in establishing a customer base for the long term. Please avoid.

Speedy delivery, great quality

The racquets arrived promptly, in good condition and they are fantastic. The price was very competitive and we're over the moon with our purchase.
