Great service.

I purchase, on behalf of a tennis club, large quantity of tennis balks, on an annual basis, from Stringsports.
Courteous staff and a quick service are the norm.

Fantastic service every time

Fantastic service every time. The stringing is always done quickly and to a really high standard, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with any questions. Great customer service and a shop I trust with all my rackets. Highly recommend

missing item

Unfortunately, my experience was not great at all. I ordered a padel and needed it sent out quickly to get it in time for a competitive match I was playing. I replied to the order email asking for it to be sent over night and I’d cover the extra, tried calling but you just get voicemail (why have a number).

After multiple attempts to get in touch and get a functional reply, I then emailed to cancel the order as it was clearly not being looked at or arrive in time.

4 days after I received the padel and returned it, I got an apologetic reply. Emailed them again a few days ago to see the status of my return and to get my money back. Still nothing which meant the apology was empty.

Only after I sent a threatening email saying that they had 24 hours to sort this out or I’d raise a chargeback. Magically, I have now got my refund notification (without any comms).

As a small business owner myself, I would NEVER leave a customer to fester like this. Just shocking.
