No refund 3 months after return

I had purchased 6 babolat racquets in February and 2 had the wrong size grip so requested a return for the 2.
I was sent a DHL drop off label which I used. Till date, whilst tracking from the website, says in transit.
I’ve written numerous emails with evidence of drop off and fact still in transit yet have not been given a refund over 3 months on

Great customer support

Great customer support. Wanted a tennis racket on next day delivery, the courier caused a delay which resulted in it not coming the next working day, and they refunded the fee for next day

Perfect for me!

Just bought 12 packs of Technifibre tennis balls from Tennis HQ. Great service and great prices too.
Delivery was within the terms of purchase.

Good Customer service - Quality Product

My parcel was a day late, as DPD said they couldn't get access to my address. I called, and TennisHQ was very understanding and offered to find a solution if the parcel wasn't delivered the following day. Got a better driver on day 2 who was willing to walk round the corner with the parcel.
