Do not bother ordering from this websites. They’re the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. I have returned my order well over 3 weeks ago and haven’t been refunded. I have chased this several times and they are now ignoring my emails. The customer service agents are of no help, they offer no solutions and what they are doing is illegal.

Ordered my tennis racket on 5th June on…
Ordered my tennis racket on 5th June on the basis the delivery was going to take 5 - 6 days as per their website. Seeing the estimated delivery I emailed to cancel the order and then they quickly processed the order and said they couldn’t cancel it now it had been processed. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s now 14th June and all I’ve received is an email to tell me it’s cleared customs. The tracking link they sent for DPD just says it’s packaged but hasn’t even been picked up yet. It’s been an awful experience so far and I didn’t get my tennis racket in time for my birthday.
*Update - racket is arriving today (16th June). Still disappointed delivery times are advertised wrong as I wouldn’t have ordered otherwise.

Customer support not keeping people updated
It was fine when it worked fine, but one time my order got damaged in transit (thanks, DPD). I emailed the Tennis Point team and initially they seemed responsive. I've filled out the forms that they requested, and asked if they were all correct and if there was anything else I was meant to do, to which I've not received any response. For the last 3 weeks I've had no update, no refund or any further instructions to send back the item, no information whether the forms I sent back were filled out correctly, and no response to my 2 emails sent asking for an update or an estimate of when my complaint can be resolved.

I reached out to the company after the delivery status of my order hadn’t changed for a number of days. Sent numerous emails but got zero response. Found a phone number so tried that, but no answer. Customer service isn’t poor…from my experience, it doesn’t exist! Very poor. Won’t be using Tennis-Point again.

Never returning to Tennis Point
I ordered a pair of Tennis trainers. I waited 2 days before getting told there was a 1 day delay, which is absolutely fine. Fast forward 8 days and still no communication. Really poor service, I emailed and was ‘asked for my patience’. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Delivery was slow, and the item was incorrect. Customer Service tripped down saying that it was all correct even with evidence it was not. Small Claims court here we come. Personally, go elsewhere. The other reviews are not wrong.

You place and order, request the cancellation, DAYS later they tell you it has been shipped. It isn't, there is no tracking and then, suddenly after asking multiple cancellations, starting from right after placing the order, you get a shipping confirmation.
Impossible to contact anyone, their communication times are horrible if you even get a response.
I don't understand how this company even exists...
They finally agree to the return and refund, but then you get a confirmation email a month later with 40€ deducted from the refund.
