same has happened to me...the company are saying the goods have been delivered...but i asked for photo proof which has been disregarded.
also i have been offered a partial refund...but im not holding my breath
the goods were supposed to be ms sale goods

AVOID - SCAM
They claim goods to be delivered and when a refund is requested they offer 5%, 10% etc to 100% refund as a delaying tactic. They then refund a tiny amount.
I tried reporting them to FB but it is not possible.

wish I had seen this read up on this company and I would not have bought from them still waiting for my goods. I have sent them an email asking for my money back. its is now 19 days since I made the order. I am updateing this review. I have contacted this company and asked for all my money back in full. So far they are saying 5% off on delivery and that there warehouse is very busy. This is just a load of lies, they took my money very quickly. This is a scam and also theft. They advertise as they are MS but they are trading under Tendty. Money goes into a bank accouny ppp*goddessshare.com. They have been told if full refund is not given then am taking this further.
Iam updating this reveiw to let others know after a lot of emails I have finally got all my money back from this company. dont give up keep at them I also was in contact with my bank and they said that after 30days they would contact them. Facebook should really check all these scammer companys. I do hope this helps and all of you get you money retured.

This company are a scam so DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY.
Facebook are as bad for allowing them to advertise, they will portray themselves as all the big names i.s M&S ASOS TKMAXX etc NONE OF THEM ARE LEGIT , They take your money then send so called tracking which is bogus nothing arrives , but your money is gone. FACEBOOK should do something about them and they should be reported for fraud and theft .
