Total scam. My daughter-in-law and I both placed orders at the same time.

Neither of us received any package. When we both contacted the company (at seperate times), we were both told that the packages had been delivered and as such they could not help us! Ring doorbell footage confirmed that no packages had been left and indeed that nobody had attempted delivery. (We only live a few miles from each other).

I requested an immediate refund. They emailed stating they could offer me a 50% refund. I emailed back saying I wanted a full refund. As yet I've not received a response. Neither incidentally has my daughter-in-law.

Same as previous ladies, placed order....not received.....tracking said it had but no it hasn't........communication is rubbish ....looks like I've lost my money.....why are there so many rip off sellers around so sad 😞

I purchased £24 worth of goods off this company. I waited about a month, following the tracking system. I then decided to contact them by email as I was concerned about the reviews given about this company. I was assured that they would chase up the courier and to be patient. Miraculously the tracking system said my parcel had been delivered. But it hadn't! I got onto them again and they insisted it had, and that perhaps the address given was incorrect. This was not so. I demanded a refund. They reluctantly agreed but when the refund came, it was for £1.34!! They will not accept any further communication from me regarding this, so I guess I have lost my money. In hindsight, I should not have been drawn into a "too good to be true" offer. What annoys me is that someone is making a substantial amount of money dishonestly from this. I saw this offer on Facebook. Do they not check out these people? I will never purchase anything in this way on Facebook again

Goods never received and no response from any emails. I am usually more aware of scams but I was busy doing other things and just never realised. Stay clear of this site

I also ordered from this company in April ,after 28 DAYS was informed that the parcel had been delivered ,it hadnt .I went in to the Royal Mail check site with the tracking number and surprise surprise it was non existent .E mailed customer service and numerous e mail's later back and forth with them apologising (fa!sely) they said they would 're send however I then read all the reviews in here and despite having had a previous idea that it was a scam had my doubts confirmed ,I have a mailed again asking now for a full refund but I really do not hold out much hope ,where do you go to report this scam ?

My wife ordered stuff on 30/3/23 and still haven't goods. Order no #1004. They said parcel had been dispatched and gave tracking number.
Wife has sent various messages for refund but still haven't received any responce.
It sounds like con and advise not to place orders.

The same is happening to me as you others reviews, it’s disgraceful and I wish I had looked them up first too, want to warn on social media but don’t know where

Scam - same as other peoples experience, said the parcel has been delivered & offered 50% refund but just keep sending replies & not sending refund. STAY AWAY

Scammers have stolen my money . Never received my order ! Refund me all of my money

I ordered a package from supposedly M&S from a pop up advert. Tendty said they would be taking the money.
After checking my bank statement the money actually went to Goddessloverd.com based in Hong Kong. I received nothing but lies. These legit companies like M&S and ASOS and many others have had their names stolen and used as Fraud. Goddessloverd is rated 1 out of 100 on the SCAM website. Just sent all information to them. It's a huge SCAM. Don't know who customer services are but they keep saying the same thing. So sorry you haven't received anything. Well I won't because it's a SCAM and a made up tracking service 654.
So many people have been scammed as well as myself.

ordered clothes 8th April, 34 days later it was delivered according to the tracking site, but it never got delivered to me, as my ring doorbell confirmed. they will not refund the money. all I can say is I'm convinced now it is a Scam company

I ordered goods from this company on April 16th however after 34 days no parcel arrived,despite the tracking status saying delivered. I don't know where it was delivered to, but certainly not my address. I have emailed a few times now but each reply is from a different customer services agent. I aim to continue until I get either my parcel or a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Is this company a scam company, I am quite disgusted.

My order never arrived,when I emailed them there were always excuses!! When I asked for my money back suddenly my parcel had arrived,they are scammers do not even go to the website on Facebook.update 22/5/2023,keep sending and getting reply,as at this moment they have offered me 90% of my money back,I replied full refund,don’t back down with this scammer,keep harassing them!! Update 22/5/2023 just had email from the “company “ they are issuing a full refund TODAY,we will see!! Update 26/5/23 I have received a refund of £1.27 on my order £24.22 short!! I am not letting these scammers get away with it!!,wish I had never seen their advert. Update 29/5/2023 still trying to get my refund!! They have blocked some of my emails but because I ticked insurance I have found a back door in,don’t give up on these scammers.MY FINAL UPDATE 31/5/2023 I HAVE HAD ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED. YES😉

Not really even 1 star. Bought clothes from a company called M&S/ no posing as ASOS! But Tendty.com on top of page…. there is courier service Global Tracking 654 !! BOTH Companies only exits to con the customer in to believing a purchase parcel is on the way . Order placed on the 6 April 2023, I was told 15/20 delivery, still waiting. 9 emails later, each one reply to by different person, allegedly! I have manage to get an email saying l will get 80% refund after much hassle. However that may take up to 25 days due to international banking rules.Not really banking on that. also they dissuade you from doing a charge back through your bank as it will affect your credit!!! W T F !!, So that my next port of call..what bullsh**. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Absolute scam- AVOID at all costs. It needs shutting down. Shame on you- how do you sleep at night?? Taking hard earned cash from unsuspecting people. Every dog will have it's day and yours will come.

Scam company. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Have never received my parcel even though they say I have. Different people each time so say sending varying percentages of refunds.

I wish I looked here I tried to cancel the next day of order cudnt each week it’s a great excuse now delivery has taken place show me proof can’t I’m going to see if can claim from credit card but they still on Fb

I placed an order I have not received it the company is a scam. I've tied to track my order they say it as been delivered but it hasn't. I've tried to email them no reply.
