I purchased a Furniture Direct wardrobe from Temu and have been trying to have the item returned because it was fragile and faulty! I request a return and refund. I was given a link to Fedex to collect the item. I chose a date and time which was ignored and had a date set for time when I was at work, no warning but a few to time. I have been trying for two weeks to re schedule collection of the item and have my money back since to no avail.

Just today Temu enticed me purchase one product and get R5200 credit which I did on check out it tells me buy one more product and get R8400. This keeps going on and on all the time. temu is be big lie and deceit. Consumers need to take them up legally. I am taking them in based on the South African Consumer Act. Their marketing is terrible and false, constantly enticing customers with "free gifts" that are never actually realized.
The delivery is also a major issue. They claim a shipping time of 4 to 5 working days, but that never happens. You are lucky if your order even arrives within 3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy from Temu ever again.

I am an independent jewelry designer, and I am continuing to deal with ongoing unauthorized use of my original product images on Temu.
Since my last review, I have now submitted over 50 intellectual property reports through Temu’s official system. These reports correspond to dozens of listings using my original product photography from my Etsy shop, The Bead Counter, without permission.
While some listings are removed, I am now seeing two major issues:
1. Not all reported listings are being taken down within 24 hours anymore
2. New listings using my images are appearing almost daily
This means I am now in a constant cycle of monitoring Temu, finding new infringements, and submitting reports just to protect my own work. As an independent creator, this is not sustainable.
This is no longer a case of isolated infringement. It is a repeated pattern where my images are:
* copied
* reused across multiple listings
* re-uploaded after removal
I appreciate that Temu has an intellectual property reporting system, and I have used it extensively. However, the volume and frequency of these listings suggest that stronger preventative measures are needed.
At this point, I am spending significant time tracking and reporting listings that should not exist in the first place.
I strongly urge Temu to:
* Improve response times on submitted reports
* Implement better detection to prevent re-uploading of removed content
* Take stronger action against sellers who repeatedly violate intellectual property
I will continue documenting and reporting these cases, but I hope to see more proactive enforcement moving forward.

My order number PO-210-18178081118073747. Temu, claim to have taken a look at, they haven't, they have taken zero action against the company/store in their platform, and done zero about them fraudulently de-listing and relisting the item under a different item number, to hide the bad reviews.
They have failed to rectify the fact I've had to pay for the further features, I've had to make in lieu of the missing ones from the item, both in the description and in the pictures. They've ignored the fact it will need professional data clean to be returned, costing more money.
None of these concerns have been dealt with and the bs response below will say they are but currently haven't.
They are fraudulently Claiming they've fixed my issue on here, and this is just as dishonest as the company delisting and relisting the same item to hide my review. The relisting is still live after one week, so they've shown they are equally corrupt and have little interests in customer safety regardless of the response or claims.
The customer agent has not addressed any of these concerns and needs retraining and repremanding for generic copy and paste responses.

I have been a loyal Temu customer for years. My guess is because all of their silly coupons and games they gave me a better deal than they wanted to. So, they shipped me a cheaper item than what I ordered. The old bait and switch! I offered to return the junk item they sent in return for the item that should have been shipped. They keep procrastinating, my guess is they think I will give up. I will never quit Temu!!

I just wasted an hour of my life trying to resolve an issue where one of their sellers has a misleading description for a product that results in the buyer having to pay 30 to 40 pound a year subscription which is not disclosed. So what do Temu do, they wanted to pass me on to the dodgy seller!!!. It seems you have to subscribe to cloud storage so you can see videos, that was not mentioned in the details or in the user manual and as it cost £30 to £40 a year, that makes this a costly product so useless really. In UK terms, the seller is in breach of the Trading Standards, Consumer Rights Act 2015. Bad customer service.
I have noticed that Temu advertise a lot of things where the pic shows the full item, however, it does not include all parts, e.g. they sell a utility knife, pic show full item but it comes without blades!!!... A tad like selling a car without the engine. Crap

Ordered 3 products from temu. Received 2. Raised with them, sent photos, stated that Royal mail will also have photo evidence as they took a photo showing only 2 boxes instead of 3. Temu and seller declined to resend, stated it was received. It's only 19 pounds worth, but it's the principle of it. Used temu lots before, now I'm worried to order anything else. Had other issues with them before but not this...Very disappointing. Also my 1 star review on Temu is not showing, indicating they filter negative reviews.

I have been lied to so many times from Temu, I called 3 weeks ago to have 2 deliveries canceled before they were processed to be shipped. Still having the packages delivered...from China or temu warehouse in the US Supervisor and higher up has stated i would receive my refund before the packages gets delivered. I will not ever have dealings with Temu again. They are a scam, liars and want your money to make their company richer.
