I’ve since had Evri return a parcel with no valid reason. Now they have failed to deliver my next parcel and Temu will not block them and don’t understand or offer any solution for why my new parcel has not come now . They as a retailer should take more account and deal with Evri as they are failing to deliver the goods . So I have to wait till the end date yet again for a refund . This is disgraceful

I am sharing my experience with Temu regarding a refund issue.
I placed an order containing clothing items. This order is completely separate from a previous order that included a power bank, which has already been resolved.
However, Temu keeps incorrectly referring to that old order and claims that a refund has already been issued, which is not true for the current order.
Key facts:
- The current order (€120.66) has NOT been refunded.
- Temu continues to confuse it with a different order.
- I have already provided photo evidence showing that the package remains sealed and unopened.
- I am unable to return the package due to personal circumstances.
- Despite this, Temu keeps sending automated responses and insisting on a return instead of addressing the actual issue.
This feels like deliberate delay and avoidance of responsibility.
I have tried multiple times to resolve this directly, but the responses are repetitive and do not address the problem.
At this point, I no longer trust this platform.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially when dealing with refund issues.
I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

I have unfortunately had several disappointing experiences with Temu. On multiple occasions, I was offered “£0 deals” or “free gifts”, only to later be informed that I had to spend a minimum of £10 to claim them. However, after making the required purchase, the promised free items were still not included.
This type of misleading promotion is extremely frustrating and feels rather deceptive. Companies should honour the offers they advertise and avoid practices that may mislead customers

I was trying to pay for my order since I was such a value customer it was reading order can't be processed I tried to add a new payment method and still kept saying order can't be processed I'll contact the customer service at 8:53 p.m. stayed with him till 9:40 p.m. just for two different people and a chat bot to tell me the system had detected a anomaly oh my account and there would not be able to process any orders on my account they could not solve the problem therefore I am contacting trust pilot to the others know what happened I find it hard to believe they can't tell me what kind of anomaly has happened to cause me not to be able to pay for my products that were the only time sensitive coupons so they say.

I end up ordering some items and I end up getting information that I had to move because my landlord had sold the house and only got a 4-day notice on this and I end up calling the company temu to get them an updated address and they told me that they couldn't do it that I had to call the shipping company so I end up calling a shipping company and they told me they couldn't do it that it had to come from the people who had shipped it which is temu. They told me that there is nothing that they could do and the package got delivered at the wrong address and I was out of town had no notice that it was even coming and the house that they delivered it to my old address was empty and I ended up asking my old neighbor to go over and check and that was when I had got to notification that it had been left at my doorstep and she went over and there was no packages. So when I got home I ended up calling them told him that I didn't get the packages and what they could do and the lady told me that she was going to put it on the escalated team to work on it and I would get an email Within 2 to 4 business days I waited a week and no response I end up calling him back and they told me that it had been closed out and there was nothing that they could do at that point so I am out over $150 with merchandise that I bought and I have already bought over $1,200 of merchandise from them. I've even contacted the manufacturers of each product and they apologize for the bad service but they said to go back to the company I bought it from to request a refund again I did and have not heard anything from them
