Flat decked out with quality furniture and ready to AirB&B
We bought most of the furniture needed to deck out our new granny flat to get it ready for an AirB&B from Temple & Webster. We were so very pleased with the choice, size, materials and design that Temple and Webster offer. The furniture arrived quickly and was easy to put together. One of the bedside tables was damaged in transport and Temple and Webster had a new one delivered in a few days, free of charge. The quality of their furniture is good and the prices even better. We would buy from them again and recommend them as a great company to deal with.

Super soft, comfortable and cosy single mattress
I have ordered a bed, mattress, beside table and tall boy all from Temple and Webster. The mattress arrived yesterday and is super soft and cosy. I love the zipper to be able to remove the topper of the mattress! The delivery people were super kind and placed the product where I needed it.
Looking forward to recieving the rest of my ordered goods to enjoy my new bed!
Communication from Temple and Webster regarding tracking is efficient.
Ordering was a breeze.

No communication after partial delivery
I purchased a bed online from T&W. Of three boxes, only two were delivered. T&W made no effort to contact me or update me on the missing box. In the end, I had to pursue it with the delivery agent myself. Two weeks and many phone calls after I ordered, T&W escalated and assigned someone to the case. I asked them to ship another bed, which to their credit they agreed to do immediately. Still, returning the unneeded boxes was a hassle due to poor communication. This experience makes it unlikely I will order from T&W again. My main complaint is their failure to initiate correspondence after the initial delivery was incomplete.
