Bought a knife which took more than three weeks to arrive, and I had to contact the company several times. The first time I made contact, they had “forgotten” the order. Since they use French postal services, it was also near impossible to track my order and the transport to my home. But I did receive the product. Would I recommend them? No. Not if you can buy somewhere else. However, I bought a product which could not be bought anywhere else, so it was a calculated risk. It also matters that I bought an expensive product, where I expect top-delivery and service. They need to improve on this to be better rated.
