Great website with a large variety of high-end tools. Fast expedition and quick communication. Would definitely recommend.

You must understand something about this shop...

This isn't Amazon... Shipping delays and stock numbers can be sporadic. Iv had items arrive after months and iv had items arrive the following day.

One thing is certain though and that is that the seller has ALWAYS respected his end of the transaction. It may require an email asking for an update but you WILL receive your goods.

If you are in hurry or long waiting periods make you nervous then look elsewhere but this shop does have competitive prices on certain articles.

I will continue to buy from him.

I have ordered a couple of items from this company. They did arrive but only after asking multiple times what the status was. It takes them a long time to send the articles to you (several weeks, stretching into months) and communication is mediocre. They don't really do customer service.

My latest order (which this time I decided to order via invoicing, as in order now, pay upon arrival) was placed at the beginning of November and hasn't arrived yet (it's the end of December), even though the website stated that the products were in stock. I wrote them, I texted them (there was one reply "Expecting to send products this week") and then nothing.

While I have to say that I had received my first couple of orders after a long time, I won't recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable and serious supplier. Unfortunately, Polizeibedarf is not it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Scam!!! Ordered 3 months ago and still nothing received. Called the number in the website and no one picked up. Tried to text on WhatsApp and it doesn’t exist. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

After reading the reviews here, I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision, and yet I am very happy with the result.

Trustpilot's reviews have had the merit of raising the problem of updating the stock on the site, which does not correspond to reality.

So I contacted the seller who helped me find a reference available from their supplier. He place an order, then receive the knife before sending it back to the end customer from Germany where he is only once a week (timing is then important). Given the model I was interested in and the bad reviews here I did a daily follow-up, he answered me kindly each time.

The order arrived in very good condition, few days after shipment (in a bubble letter).

I think this site works differently from others, and you have to take the time to ensure the availability of what you want to buy. But otherwise I don't understand the comments I read here.
