Quick and easy install from Bell tech. However he did give me the wrong information on which port to plug into but I was able to get it working shortly after figuring out the correct port to connect the modem to. Speed is really good.

Always been happy with the service. Any problems I've had have been addressed promptly and fixed right away. Customer support has been great. Always getting stated speeds with no lag.

Telcan is a great value. The only issue I experienced was that the service was unstable in rainy days.

I had to call them twice and they did provide me great support. I felt a important customer. Way better than my other provider and the same speed is also cheaper. What can I ask more? Maybe a pizza 😁

I've had Telcan for a year now. It's great! I have a lower speed package and the speed is still great.
Any issues, they resolve quickly. Customer service is very helpful. The one time where there was a service issue ..some technical thing that needed repair..they sent everyone notice. It was resolved within 6 or so hours. They immediately s not a notice saying the next months bill would have 20% off.
Their fees are low compared to others.bi was paying twice as much before i changed. Living on pension only, i can't tell you how much I'm grateful for this!
