I ordered headphones for iphone 8 and i got the ones with the universal pin. Also the bluetooth headphones do not work.

As for the bluetooth headset we would love to help you. You can reach our customer service agents by sending an email to info@teknikhouse.se and they'll help you identify the issue as soon as possible. Inside of the package with your bluetooth headset there should be a manual that might help you troubleshoot the issue, please let us know how this works out for you as soon as possible!
