Refurbished laptop
I ordered, paid and got an order confirmation for a second hand laptop from the company. The web page claimed delivery within 2-3 business days.
After no news after four days, I emailed customer service. After no response for another four days, I found a phone number for them and called. The person who answered said customer service would get back to me.
After no response again, I tried contact them through their web form.
Ten days after I placed the order I got an e-mail saying that the particular variant of the laptop was out of stock. But they said they could offer an equivalent model for immediate shipment.
I said fine, you can send an equivalent model.
Then they said, that they're annulling my previous order, refund, and asked me to place a new order.
However, they want me to pay about 30% more in a second order. That just feels wrong, when they've screwed up.

Bad experience

We're sorry for the issue you were having with the purchase that has been made. As we understand it the package was initially lost during delivery as we had to file a claim. This is very rare since they are usually traceable as normal hence the time that pass insurance. This was around christmas-eve when the transport-chain was very much affected.
