This site is a total scam!!! Checkout doesn't work, it gets flagged by Visa fraud protection, froze both my debit and credit card, called and Visa says transaction is originating in Korea by a company that has a high ratio of fraudulent charges. Talked with support staff at techxstore, they said "that happens sometimes, nothing we can do about it..." Worthless! |=uck your scam website, ended up buying same windows 10 pro for 1/4 price on ebay, a trusted website. They flagged this review because they didn't like it, there enough details now!?!?!?!? They reply "Your card did not pass our bank security check" LOFL!!! No stupid, your shady @ss business set off the fraud prevention on my card, nice try trying to put that on me, how unprofessional.

I got an email that my order and payment was processed, but in reality I was having issues with the payment process upon checkout and was not processed. The error kept reflecting I was missing a field..
I called Chatted with a support rep Joe who suggested I change browsers or clear the current browser and try again.
I changed browsers and had the same issues. When I logged on to my account, the order was duplicated and both needed to be paid...
I cancelled and order and clicked pay on the original.
Same payment issues.
Called support and was advised the Payment system was not functioning and to try again in a few hours!
An error message that is more accurate and that does not cause people to waste their time reentering there order and payment would be better than what was displayed!
Put in my credit card information 4 times and it just goes to a blank screen. Did I just get scammed?
UPDATE: They emailed me and said my review was incomplete because I didn't talk about customer service. Here's my experience with customer service: I called the phone number to ask why my order wouldn't go through and to make sure I didn't get scammed. No one picked up the phone and no one called me back. The customer service is terrible because it's non existent

i debated whether to give a 4 star or 5 star rating. I decided to give a 5 star because the things that mattered they did a good job. They delivered the product quickly, it worked and when I needed assistance they quickly responded. The difficulty I had was their site. It needs to be a little user friendly. I like others, encountered problems with fraud alert by my credit card company. Once I got that taken care of, I went back to order. The first order, told me to go back to the orders ( I assumed the hold on my credit card hadn't been lifted) so I ordered again and again was told to go back to my order, luckily I decided to check my order and found out I had ordered two products. TechX immediately responded to the problem through the online chat. Once I started to download the product, I couldn't find the Product Key. I called and was told where to find it. It was labeled the License Code. For us techy ignorant people it helps to have things label the same. There is a saying "Never assume anything when you are dealing with others". Other than those small problems I would certainly use this site again and recommend it to my friends.
I got a license code for Windows 10 Pro immediately after payment. It worked. Thanks.
I bought office from you and although the payment went through, no one was there to assist when the order status was "failed" no tech support on the phone nor on live chat.
I cancelled the order and hope to not see the charge on my credit card, in these days no online company should not offer customer support when dealing with technical issues. 40 minutes of my life that i will never get back.

All I needed was the Windows Activation Code. It came within minutes and worked just like it was suppose too. I will definitely look to Techx for additional computer software. Thanks
I received guarantees, but the product key I was sold has reportedly expired, as office reported.
The multi-port charger was exactly how it was advertised & I love it. The shipping was quick & packaging was just right.
I ordered the windows 8 download but never received it. Sent several request but have heard nothing back, Thank goodness I did not lose to much money. I would like to have given a good review, but not to respond is not a healthy choice for business
