I LOVE THESE PANTS!!! These fit exactly how I anticipated/wanted. I got a medium, and I’m 5,7 and usually a 28 waist. Also, super quick response from customer service, and quick shipping (1 week!). The material is very nice feeling, lightweight without feeling “crunchy” — it’s more soft/buttery. Can’t wait to wear!

This time around I had a better experience. But that was only because I stayed in touch with the company about my orders the entire time. And before they shipped anything they double checked the fixed and everything with me. So I definitely like the items ordered. Everything fits perfectly. And nothing is my usual size. Everything is atleast one to two sizes bigger

Listen! these days its realy hard to find a good support, ive ordered once and i had 2 issues, but dont focus on that.. I want to highlight that their support really took ownership, i got one item wrong, and they withouth a doubt sendt a new one!

The other one i myself ordered in a to small size, i got a really good offer to buy a new one to a discounted price, and just keeping the old one. I did get a few options to decide myself, i really appriciated that. i understand that shipping back things is also a cost, so we figured it out. They responded VERY fast to my messages, super polite, and the things i got correct in my order was AWSOME! the pants where super comfy AND good looking.

I havent used them much since their brand new, but they did look exactly like the pictures, just fitted my body type really good which i usually have problems with..

Im giving a 5 every day on Techwear, even if one item was wrong, that happends! they just sendt a new one, withouth ANY form of hazzle, do you understand how rare that is?!

I really hope my message here is clear, dont focus on the wrongs, focus on how me and their support took care of everything, which is part of the experience sometimes! :D

Shipping took a bit longer than expected and I’m not a fan of the type of zipper they used on the coat, but otherwise very happy.

The half face mask is a super quality, fits well and looks great. The delivery took a bit to long , i thought first it comes from Europe and not from China. So it comes a day before german carneval.

The parcel was properly packed, so it reached me safely. The item I ordered and received matched the photo, and it was true to size. I am very satisfied, happy, and at peace with the purchase. Until the next time!

Ordered an L ski suit, it was not available in my size anymore, they took photos of xl to see if it would still fit, sadly it didnt seem like it would fit. Requested refund and recieved the refund fairly quickly.

Black Hakama pants. Really good quality soft and lightweight material. Well manufactured/stitched. Slip-on elasticated waist, no fly. Comfy and good looking. Great timely and friendly communication.

For being an international deliver I thought the watch I ordered arrived pretty quick as some places it takes for ever. But the quality is just like the picture and I love it. I had it in my cart for a while but I’m glad I finally ordered it. I will for sure be ordering more from them for sure

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Techwear was so frustrating that I want to warn others. I ordered several items from their website (value ca. 470 EUR), including a pair of “white” snow pants that arrived in an obvious light grey color. When I reached out to customer service, things went downhill quickly.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the customer support insisted that the color was “white”, that different brands make different kind of whites, and blamed lighting and snow reflections. They then tried to push me into paying extra money for replacement items. After some back‑and‑forth, I was actually open to a compromise — simply because they were so resistant to accepting a return (likely because returning the item costs them more than producing it). Even then, they asked me to pay an additional $79.99 for a jacket as a “solution,” which made absolutely no sense given that the color mistake was theirs, not mine.
What followed was more than 10 emails back and forth just to explain why I wanted to return one misdescribed item. Despite the fact that EU law clearly states that the merchant must cover return shipping when a product is not as described, the customer support repeatedly tried to make me pay for international return shipping to China and only “maybe” reimburse me later. They even asked me to take on customs risk at my own expense.
Their customer service was super uncooperative, evasive, and continuously tried to shift responsibility away from themselves. Only after a huge amount of pushback they issued me a refund.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and deeply frustrating. Considering the quality of the items (likely cheaply produced in China despite premium pricing) and the amount of effort required just to exercise basic consumer rights, I highly recommend avoiding this online website.
