I ordered an item on November 17th and paid for global fast shipping. Despite that, it has not arrived and the tracking has not updated at all. The link given to track the package says that it isn't in the carrier's system yet, and to check back later. I've tried to reach out through email and instagram to ask when I can expect it to ship, and have gotten no response. I'm very disappointed because of this experience. Overall, it's a scam.
Edit: within a couple hours of making this review, I have been responded to and my item is being shipped. It seems like they're not a scam after all! I'm glad that I'll get my item after all. I'll update this with any new information.

The quality of both products and service were much more than expected. I got an assortment of items, glass, stoneware, and porcelain. Each and every piece was very nice and arrived in excellent condition because of the exemplary packaging.
The products are of good quality and beautiful. I ordered 3 different pots.Unfortunately 1, the Nostalgia, arrived broken. They immediately sent me another one after I informed them via WhatsApp. It arrived in perfect condition! I am very happy :)
The shipment contained a product in a „wrong“ colour. Contacted TeaTsy and they reacted immediately, suggesting a partial refund instead of shipping back and forth etc. This is absolutely ok with me. Excellent service on Tea5sy‘s side.
Product was delivered on time and works as expected. When there was a possible problem, customer service reached out and gave instructions how to contact courier company. There wasn't really a problem (the couriers couldn't deliver directly, so I had to drop by the post office), but I appreciate the forward thinking and proactiveness.
They responded promptly and efficiently replaced a damaged unit. I genuinely appreciate their service and would highly recommend them!
I ordered on the 24th September and received my order today 9th October. Happy with order which arrived in good condition.
The tea pots I ordered are adorable and exactly has shown on the Instagram adverts. They also seem to be of very good quality, I can't wait to use them regularly. The items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, which I was a bit worried about considering they crossed half the world.
I first wrote a negative review because their delivery had left me a bit in the dark, but after an email to ask if everything was okay I received a quick answer apologising that their operations had come to a halt because of a typhoon that hit Hong Kong. Customer service was honestly impressive and helpful. They gave me a new delivery bracket in the next two weeks, and it arrived as expected. I had regular emails from them at every steps to keep me informed.
Maybe send an email to all your customers next time you have a typhoon, so that we know exactly why it's taking longer than expected and that everything is still on track?

I ordered a teapot on August 24th.
It arrived in France on September 7th but sadly the tea filter was broken. I immediatly sent a picture and explained the problem.
Frank answered on September 8th (jet lag) and said he was sorry and sending another filter immediatly.
I received a complete new teapot on September 21st and it was perfect. Thank you Frank!
Good quality tea sets with very thoughtful design! Items were all well packed and arrived safely. Teatsy is also quick to respond to my questions and nice to communicate with. Will definitely buy more gorgeous items for myself and as gifts in future!
I would be absolutely happy to provide screenshots and pictures of email correspondences if people want.
1) My order was delayed due to a typhoon, which is NOT a problem. I understand this. What is a problem is #2 and #3.
2) The initial email they sent notifying us that our orders were delayed indicated that we will be getting notice when our orders shipped. I did not receive ANY email saying my order had shipped. When I contacted customer service, they "apologized" that the notification email may have gone to my junk email. I checked my junk email box and I did not receive ANY notification there.
3) I ordered (and paid for) two NOMAD travel sets, and guess what. They sent just one set. At this point, I don't trust in their ability to do anything.. I have sent an email requesting a full refund.
UPDATE:
When I sent a request for a refund, they ignored it and assumed that it would be okay to just send me another set immediately with a five dollar discount. I had to clarify again, that I wanted a refund. They charged me for the set delivered and refunded me for the one they failed to deliver.
I received an email notification that I will be receiving a refund, but based on others' experiences here, I'm going to remain cautiously hopeful whether I will get the refund on time.

I just love my Nomad tea set! I ordered the white version and i think it is fantastic. I like both quality and style/look. For me it somehow turns having a cup of tea into a little ritual – a break from the daily routine. Some time after ordering i asked about tracking info and i received it almost immediately. Generally replies were very quick, always professional and very friendly. E.g. i thought the wooden brim of my jug was positioned too asymetrical – i didn‘t realize it is adjustable and even removable for cleaning (stupid me!) – so i wrote a mail and this response also came very quick. From my personal experience i can really recommend Teatsy!
I love both their products and service. The way they respond to your request is beyond expectation. Love it!
There was a potential issue with me receiving my order on time, and this company was very helpful making sure everything was alright. I received my package on time, and I love my items. So beautiful.
After about a month of receiving my item, I can truly say that the design and functionality is spot-on! Also, customer service was exceptional! My lid was broken when it came and then, the replacement got lost in transit somehow. Even still, they were quick to make things right and resend me the lid cap! I recommend and can say that I use my tea set pretty much daily! (:
Overall, great products, great design, and good service. There are only two things I am worried about and would suggest the company to resolve. First, information about delivery and tracking are very poor. So, some customers may feel like they are in for a scam. Second, due to items being relatively affordable, which is amazing! ... some people may have doubts about the quality. As you know, there are too many reports about heavy metal contamination and other harmful substance contamination when it comes to products from China. Therefore, I would be very happy to see TeaTsy conduct such official tests and show us the safety of all products. Thanks for great products!
I appreciate that TeaTsy has provided feedback and acknowledged the comment, that's very important. Nevertheless, as a customer, I need some proof, like a certificate, test results, or testing procedures, not just assurance. In any case, I'm happy with their products.

Just be aware. They are like a scam. Waited for two months (initially sayin 5-7 business days) for the item. After tens of emails, they accepted to refund. Guess what? No refund after a month.
Their estimated delivery time was 5-7 or at most 7-10 business days. We waited for 2 months.
I have already requested a refund a couple of times but the seller wanted me to wait until they done with the inspection. After two months, they agreed on a refund on February 24. Now it is March 25 and their response to my review is it could take a couple of days to refund. How many times do I have to contact you?

I barely trust online shopping websites especially they appear on Facebook.
However, you definitely can purchase their products without worries, and I will tell you why.
They got 4 stars from me because they sent me the wrong product (different set from the same collection) all the way from HK to AU.
It’s a hassle to do refund & exchange but I have to say:
Frank is really helpful, you don’t need to worry that no one is going to help or reply you.
He’s there for you and he replies asap. Tea set was wonderfully packed and sooo good quality.
It looks exactly the same as in the photo. (Wrong set but yeah same as that product photo)
I ended up got 30% refund and kept the product. It’s not a perfect shopping experience but they are a good business, kind attitude and helpful, down to earth so please support them!
Originally, TeaTsy sent out the incorrect glass tea mug, but Frank from the TeaTsy team was very helpful in responding to my emails. He assured me he would fix the issue to send out the correct mug. The correct mug did show up and it was in perfect condition, just as the picture showed on their website. I also got the included coaster as well, which I was very happy about. Thank you for helping me with my order and for your customer service excellence!
The products are fantastic, and I'm really picky about my teaware. They are made well and beautiful, functional. The company is highly responsive for questions and comments on their social media pages. I was impressed. The only reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is that nobody told me shipping would be 20+ days. In a world of 2-day shipping, this was alarming to me. I just ask them to let customers know. I will definitely purchase from them again!
