I ordered a portable tea ware. It's very unique and fissionable. However, I realized that a package didn't arrive at my home from 3 weeks when I ordered. I contacted the customer service and confirmed current situation. Customer service staff answered politely, and they supported to rearrange this shipment safety. I am very appreciate to get a nice tea ware and I am very satisfied by excellent customer services. Thank you very much!

I already bought and liked their portable teapot set, but the new Vortex line looked really easy to use, so I got one. While the set arrived promptly, the sticker that was on the case was too strong, and damaged the outside skin while being peeled away. I contacted the customer service, and they were more than happy to ship out a replacement, free of charge. The delivery was as prompt as the original set. Overall, I am very impressed by both their products and their service.

Purchased a set for my son's Christmas just been and unfortunately the sieve was broken when it arrived. Sent teatsy an email and message on IG and got a reply promptly about addressing this. They sent me a replacement Sieve straight away free of charge to replace the broken one. Highly recommend the product and customer service. Would definitely purchase again!

My wife purchased as Christmas gift a special teapot named Vortex. It was beatiful but an important item (wooden holder) was missing.
I sent an email to Teasty customer service and they arranged a free of charge delivery to Italy. Item arrived and I can proudly use the Vortex teapot.

DO NOT BUY IT.

The glass is so thin, it cracks so easily; the wooden rim is not functional and only for aesthetics (it’s too hot to hold the teapot); they made a mistake with my order, just as they have for countless others; and they make you pay for your own shipping (to Hong Kong!!!) if you want to return the product(s). You’ll probably end up paying the price of your purchase or more to return it.

Terrible customer service in that regard.

Also, the teapot is so tiny, it’s disappointing.

I bought two Vortex kit travel set, but I received two tea pot only!!!!!! The two travel case and six tea cups are missing. I wasted me $125!!!!!!!! What are rubbish company giving rubbish products and services

Bought a classic style tea pot. It's pretty and well finish, nice to watch, but not useful as a tea pot. It drips a lot of water every time you pour tea into the cup. The capacity is pretty small, and you end loosing a considerable amount of tea every time you pour. Also, unless you place a napkin below your cup, all the table ends full of tea, which is not very nice. Considering it's not cheap, I was expecting a bare minimum quality control. If you intend to use the antique style tea pot as a tea pot (rather than decoration), refrain your purchase.

Teatsy reviewed my case and agreed my item hash some sort of flaw. Given that the item is sold out, they offered me a 50% refund to avoid shipping back the item, which wouldn't be eco-friendly. I accepted the refund. After all, I'd buy again considering the whole experience, but I'd suggest the company to test the items before shipping.

Selected a beautiful teacup off the TeaTsy website.

When it arrived, it was that rarest of things, a product that actually looked as good as its website photo.

Unfortunately, the lid and strainer had broken in transit, I live in Australia.

I contacted TeaTsy and asked about a replacement, expecting to be told no. To my amazement, TeaTsy responded very quickly, apologized for the breakage and advised that they would immediately send another.

The replacement arrived safely today.

Incredible shop! All products I got are of amazing quality. All products look even better than they are on photos, which is a really rare case for online store. They also definitely know something about true tea style, I love it. The last thing to mention is support. I had a tea pitcher broken during a transportation, I contacted support and they answered immediately and sent me a new one. Also support is really friendly and ready to help! I highly recommend the shop to every tea lover!

I bought a second travel tea set from Teatsy, as the finishing is in excellent condition. They are good companion for traveling and enjoying tea sessions. The customer service is client oriented and issues are resolved promptly and smoothly.

I ordered the Spring Whisper travel tea set a few weeks ago. When the box arrived in the mail, I found that it was entirely empty except for bubble wrap. I emailed Teatsy immediately and they promised to send me the right product immediately. A week and a half later, the set arrives complete at no extra charge. The set is of superb quality and brews wonderfully. The customer service was unmatched and I am incredibly thankful for how they handled the issue. :D

I am terribly happy! it is a wonderful experience and extraordinary quality. I bought a sprig of magnolia for incense sticks. it arrived quite quickly and was extremely carefully packaged! now I want another small teapot) wonderful company with very beautiful and cute things. I advise!
