Fine to start with but then had to chase up an exchange several times. Each time I rang up, I was told they were still waiting for the product or that they'd look into it and let me know what was going on, but I always ended up having to call back myself. In the end I decided it wasn't worth waiting for the replacement and asked for a refund, and now I'm having to chase THAT up...
Very pleasant on the phone but the company doesn't seem to be being run at all well.

Charged seperate delivery fees but all came in the same box emailed to question. Ignored. Also had a problem with our socks that we paid extra for they’ve not even lasted a season, emailed twice and not had any reply whatsoever. Happy to help when your buying. Aftercare shocking.

Customerservice is virtually non existing.
I received a wrong GK shirt, and even though I have written several mails I still haven't got an answer on what to do with the shirt. I could return it, but as it's not my fault I'm not to keen on paying the return shipping.
Furthermore the order contained a shirt that couldn't be delivered at the moment, but I can't get any info about when they expect it to be on stock and shipped.
They simply just don't answer any mails.

Judging by the other reviews here it seems like the company just don't care about delivering the right items, or answering their customers

Ordered a specific model and color of Adidas shorts to my fotball team.
Got another model, which of course was useless for the team.
After two months they still haven't managed to advice me what to do with the wrong delivery.

It was the first time I had ordered any kit for my team online so I was a bit nervous but I should'nt have been. I ordered 20 Adidas tracksuits which they did at a great price. Keiren rushed through embroidery and even delivered them personally so we got them in time for our cup match. Not many companies would have done this so I will 100% be ordering from them again

HIghly recommended. Ordered a full kit with our badge and printing. Quality of the Adidas kit and embroidery is excellent. Arrived on time, the lads are delighted!

Ordered 3 items on the 24th September for £56, they emailed me on the 27th saying one item was out of stock so I asked for a refund and received no reply (should have been refunded £25). Then the two other items arrived and didn't fit so I sent them back and asked for a refund again no reply! I am now still £56 down and there is little chance I will get this back! I hope they took pleasure in robbing a 17 year old coach of £56 that took me over 10 hours to earn! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Ordered weeks ago, payment was taken straight away, still waiting for goods. Sent several emails, but they don't answer. Do not use this company it's like throwing money away.

Ordered a product weeks ago, paid for, only to find that it was sold out which they claimed they "sent an email" which they never did! Still waiting for a refund which i reckon may take a while...

They owe me money and still have not paid me back yet. After they made miscalculations in the order and didn't even have the decency to contact me about it. I had to let them know

Ordered a Nike training kit with printing and embroidery for my team for the winter. Could not be happier with the quality and was good value too. Took 2 weeks as agreed and kept us warm in this chilly weather. Great service!!

Placed order December 26 still not arrived, bad customer service. Do not use.

I have ordered some shirts and 1 short. First they told after i had paid the shirts arent in stock. So i changed the order and they say its shipped. But no delivery. Now i am waiting a few weeks on my money, but still no money on my account.

everything went well after agreedment about the deal. got the package after about 2 weeks as told. im please with their service. though the shipment price could cost less than it does.
