Great product as well.

I ordered 30 training t-shirts with customize logo, I received the shipment in less than a week, destination Italy. Good job. I am satisfied with the printing and delivery. I will definitely buy again if the quality of work and timing will be always like this :)

Be careful, we were also scammed by Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com. Our prepaid order was never delivered to us. These scammers from Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com claim that the courier company dropped the package at our door, but this is not true at all. By the way, we did not give permission for this at all. Judging by the many negative reviews (72% give only 1 star), we are certainly not the only ones. Teamsportbedarf.nl / Teamsport.com are scammers, avoid this company and never order here! Tell and share this frequently to protect future victims.

There is no information on shipping and delivery times anywhere on there website. A huge redflag that should make anyone weary. I searched on google for info but nothing. Instead I found these reviews and glad I did. Saved me the stress of another horrible online experience. I did not end up making a purchase on this website, my rating is purely based on there lack of transparency by purposely with holding shipping and delivery times. Not everyone wants to wait weeks to get what they paid for, especially if they weren't aware of the possible delays or slow delivery service. Customers would rather shop elsewhere and save time. It seems this website are relying on customers to just buy without thinking about this part of the purchase. If you buy without checking for delivery times first, oh well, your know for next time.

We signed up my son for the cadet academy at Mitcham. We waited six weeks to get a spot. Went to the training session where there was absolutely no training at all. No feedback was given whatsoever - we did ask for it but were told that would come next week and tha we had to call to rebook. I just did call to rebook and was told the next available slot is only in another six weeks time which we can't make as it's the Christmas holidays so basically have to wait until 2022 to be able to rebook. Avoid, they just take your money and do not care about the children at all.

Ordered multiple items, received some of them - still missing items..

I sent several mails to them, asking for an update, no feedback on when I can expect the rest.. Paid € 23 in shipping..
( you can only get in contact with them by mail - no one to answer any calls - and they don't reply on mails ! )

My first idea was to write - terrible company.... but...
so whats happened: i ordered battle rope, paid by paypal... unfortunatelly on my paypal account was my old address (UK London) and I needed to deliver to my current address ( Italy)... basically i sent them email to upadate my address not even 5 min later, so before transaction was done... The woman called Anna-Sofie Gesellchen she confirmed my update... second mistake was i transfered 7euros more than suppose to do.... 5 days later a recived email, my parcel was delivered... where? to UK.... so i sent email and this woman did AMAZING job to help me to recived my order... my 7 euros was transfered back straight and i recived my parcel 10 days later... everybody can make mistake, but i would like to say big thank you to Anna-Sofie Gesellchen....so my experience is excelent....

This company has got to be a scam! Prior to my order I agree I did not fully do my research however I did skim from other sites. I made an order Jan 3, 2021 and was promised a delivery date by today Jan 22, 2021. I did reach out a week ago or so regarding the fact that I never received any communication regarding shipment being received or any tracking information and was told two separate times within a week that my delivery date was Friday Jan 22nd as well as I would receive a tracking number before Friday (today). I emailed and called the number provided in previous emails during normal business hours and here I am after business hours with no response, no tracking number, no package, and writing this review. Another red flag is the customer service number provided anywhere goes to ONE person which has me wondering is this a small employee based that is operating outside of its' means? IF so I'm almost positive that your business will be going out of business SOON! Count your days and I will be requesting a full refund!

Do not use this company. Ordered 3 zipped hoodies on December 7, 2020, received one on Jan 8, 2021. Noticed it was a pull over. Contacted company and they insisted I ordered a pull over. Argued back a forth
And they wanted my receipt. Sent it to them and they said it was printed wrong and it would be an additional
$3 for the zipper one. Now remember they owe me 2 more zipped hoodies. They agreed the receipt was wrong but will not eat the $3. So why do the receipt say zipped hoodie. Refuse to refund my money.

Never again. I placed an order on November 4th and it was allegedly posted on November 5th. I allowed extra time for the item to arrive due to the current covid situation. Forty days later and still no item, I made contact and was told they couldn't currently dispatch to Ireland. The only positive is that I received a refund immediately, however I believe I would have been left on the long finger had I not made contact. Please avoid this company and shop local. Customer service is appalling

Ik ordered a few Buff with a self-designed logo printed on it. They contacted me about the design of the logo and helped to make it perfect! Delivery was fast and complete. I am very satisfied and will order something again without hestitation.

Placed an order back in May and only received partial delivery. Was not told items were out of stock and have now waited almost 3 months. Support team just continue to say that they will deliver when back in stock, have heard nothing for a month - terrible experience

Placed an order, paid but never received the equipment.

I placed an order nearly 20 days ago and haven’t received any of it. I am afraid it is a scam. I contacted them by email and they replied saying that the resistance bands were missing. A week later and the delivery status has still not change. I am hoping I will get a full refund. I would definitely not recommend this website I am dissatisfied with my experience and the lack of communication on their behalf.
